I hadn't heard very nice things from other brides about David's Bridal, but we only have 3 bridal stores where I live, so I checked them out. We didn't know how it worked, so we just showed up on a Saturday in February with no appointment and started picking out dresses. They were able to get us a fitting room and an attendant pretty quickly even though they were busy. The girl that helped me try on dresses was so sweet, very nice and very helpful! I found my dress that first day! We scheduled an appointment and asked for her to come back for my bridesmaids and she was again very helpful. I also had my alterations done there and I thought they were a little pricey on that side but the employees were nice and helpful.

Was very pleased with the lady that helped us find a dress. then when i went back to pick dress up from being pressed, they sent me to alterations and nobody would help me then they said they couldn't find my dress which was bought as a clarence dress they no longer had or carried. I spent over an hour trying to just pick up my pressed dress and then when i called to complain to a manager they acted like I was nobody. I loved my dress but to me customer service goes way above. I will never shop there again. as a matter of fact both mothers of bride and groom were gonna get their dress from there and decided against because fo the terrible service. said that now they are so big they treat you like a number.

If you go to davids Bridal in Toledo Ohio you make sure you ask for Patti A. She is the best, she put in in every dress i wanted to see and also pulled a few she thought would look great on me. It took me 2 visits but i found my perfect gown. she was jumping around with me and just smiling from ear to ear, she really loves what she does and it shows. She truly is the best!

They did a great job. People say that David's is like the walmart for bridal gowns but I had a great experience. I came in a bunch of times with my mom, sisters, other bridesmaids, flower girl, future mother-in-law and various grandmothers and always worked with Jan. She was always super patient and made me feel really special. I also ended up getting my bridesmaid dresses there. I liked that they had a variety of sizes to try on.

My one complaint would be that alterations were very expensive. That being said, Nancy did a great job and the dress fit perfectly! And, even with alterations, the dress was less expensive than dresses at other stores that I had been looking at.

Jan was my consultant each time I needed to go into the store. I felt like royalty. She took excellent care of me and my girls! I had THE BEST experience shopping at David's Bridal...because of Jan. The dress was perfect, the quality very good, the selection abundant...shoe selection not the greatest, but I always have trouble finding shoes so not a surprise. I am completely satisfied with my David's Bridal experience.

I got my dress off of the sale rack at Davids Bridal for $99. I was so excited, however, alterations were very pricey and my dress had a ton of beading along the back and on the train. I wanted a bustle that would still show off the elaborate design on the back, I was told that there was no way to do this. I ended up taking my dress elsewhere to have it altered and bustled and the lady did a beautiful job. The veils were also pretty expensive - if I hadn't been one of the first of my friends to get married, I would have borrowed from someone else. The staff was very kind though and very professional. My attendant was careful to only bring me dresses that were in my budget. And, I was in a wedding recently and the bridesmaid dresses were from Davids. I needed to exchange my dress to a different size and they were very accommodating even though the dress was discontinued in the color I needed. They exchanged the dress for me at no additional cost.

When I went there to try on dresses, mind you this was the only time I had ever tried on dresses. The lady I was with was not very good. I had a girl from the front of the store come up and tell me I looked beautiful and she noticed it from the front of the store. My lady I do not think works there anymore. I like there are so many options for wedding dresses.

I had an amazing experiance when I went dress shopping. My bridal consultant was excellent and I fell in love with my dress. However, things went drastically down hill when it came time to get my dress altered. I found out I was pregnant a few months before the wedding, so at my inital fitting I told them this and they assured me they would leave enough room in my dress to account for the pregnancy. However, when I went to pick up my dress, only two weeks later, even though they knew I still had a month to grow, it fit perfectly. I expressed my concern over this due to the fact that I had another month to go and the baby would keep growing. I was assured that it would be fine. I insisted on an appointment two weeks before the wedding for another fitting, and low and behold, my dress no longer fit. They charged me again for the alterations and told me that I had never told them I was pregnant!!!

Everything we purchased from David's Bridal was exactly what was expected! Very helpful & everything was beautiful!

value for cost was great. The dress was great for all body types! it was great because we had girls from many different states in the wedding and there were David's Bridal Stores available to them to order their dress and receive it on time.

The dress was great, they didn't do the alterations exactly the way I wanted, they were very rude to one of my bridesmaids and the messed up the shoe dying of another and my wedding shoe strap broke the day before I flew out to Ohio for the wedding when I lightly pulled the elastic to make sure everything was a go.. it was obviously to late to fix anything, so I cut them off and just went with the flow. Nothing was going to ruin our day! :)

Very professional staff that worked with me on everything I needed. My dress was BEAUTIFUL!

I loved my dress. Bridesmaids had trouble with their dresses not being steamed, make sure they are steamed before you leave the store. They also gave them a time the dresses would be done when they were "re steaming" them and they were not even started yet....

Davids Bridal can provide beautiful dresses. However we chose not to go with this vendor. My biggest issue with Davids Bridal is that it is a major super store and if you want a unique dress, then you want to go to a smaller store. Davids Bridal was not as nice to me once they found out that my 6 bridesmaids would be buying their dressed at a variety of David Bridals. It didn't matter if they were ordered at the same time because I had a rainbow wedding, so the colors did not have to match from the same ream. I feel like the bigger your order the nicer they maybe to you.

I needed to exchange my dress and I thought they were going to fight me on it. Fortunately they didnt and I was able to get a dress that I loved and was perfect for my big day.

They were very busy and associates were working with more than one bride/ wedding party. Our consultant, however, was wonderful to work with and helped us with some creative solutions. Our dresses were beautiful and affordable. I did think the accessories seemed a bit overpriced.
