The dress was great, they didn't do the alterations exactly the way I wanted, they were very rude to one of my bridesmaids and the messed up the shoe dying of another and my wedding shoe strap broke the day before I flew out to Ohio for the wedding when I lightly pulled the elastic to make sure everything was a go.. it was obviously to late to fix anything, so I cut them off and just went with the flow. Nothing was going to ruin our day! :)

I loved my dress. Bridesmaids had trouble with their dresses not being steamed, make sure they are steamed before you leave the store. They also gave them a time the dresses would be done when they were "re steaming" them and they were not even started yet....

Davids Bridal can provide beautiful dresses. However we chose not to go with this vendor. My biggest issue with Davids Bridal is that it is a major super store and if you want a unique dress, then you want to go to a smaller store. Davids Bridal was not as nice to me once they found out that my 6 bridesmaids would be buying their dressed at a variety of David Bridals. It didn't matter if they were ordered at the same time because I had a rainbow wedding, so the colors did not have to match from the same ream. I feel like the bigger your order the nicer they maybe to you.

They were very busy and associates were working with more than one bride/ wedding party. Our consultant, however, was wonderful to work with and helped us with some creative solutions. Our dresses were beautiful and affordable. I did think the accessories seemed a bit overpriced.

This store was RUDE! I called to get a corset held for me and was met with attitude. A week before the wedding my sister's shoes that were supposed to dyed "came in" and I received a call to pick them up. When I picked them up...they weren't dyed...and then they tried to charge me again for the dye job! Then the day of the wedding, all three girls' shoe dye came off on their feet. When I complained to the store, I was told "Too bad."

I liked the help I got when I bought my dress and it came in with in a month of my ordering, my problem was when I went to get the Bridesmaids dresses. It took about 3 months for me to get any of them.

I loved going to this davids bridal! Jan was the woman who helped me pick out my dress and she just knew how to make you feel excited! All I can say is when I was there I felt like a princess and I am so happy I got my dress from davids bridal.

I worked with Jan at David's Bridal, and she was amazing. She was so helpful and patient with me - I could not have asked for more. And the best part, my husband thought my dress/veil/tiarra... was all stunning. I received so many complements on all of it.

My dress is absolutely gorgeous! However, I was highly disappointed with the quality of service at the Toledo location. I had made an appointment during a weekday afternoon to try on wedding dresses and was trying on about 12 gowns. They were quite understaffed and my bridesmaids had to assist me with most of the dress fittings. When we wanted to see gowns our David's Bridal staff member told us just to pick some out and hang them on the hook in the aisle and she'd bring them over....while doing this another staff member yelled at us and told us we were not to touch the dresses at all! Very confusing. If it wasn't for getting a great deal on the dress I loved I would not have given them my business.

I went to David's Bridal to find bridesmaid dresses with one of my bridesmaids. We could not find any dresses for them but the sales lady talked me into trying on wedding dresses. I first told her I planned on going dress shopping with my mom and mother-in-law-to-be, but she suggested that I look at a few to get the style at least narrowed down. I finally agreed, because there were so many styles there to choose from. I tried describing what I wanted and she brought some for me to try on and none of them were what I wanted so I finally pulled out my "wedding bindder" that had pictures of dresses that I liked and that gave her a better idea. She came back that time with about half a dozen and had one on top of the pile that I just loved and was dying to try on, but she mad me try it on last.... and of course that was the one. I got some great complements from all of the associates at David's Bridal. The dress was a "test dress" and they said it looked better on me then on anyone else they had seen. I ended up calling my mom and telling her she had to come meet me to see this dress, she came, and we ended up ordering it! They told me it would take 1-3 months to come in, and they called me about 3 weeks later to tell me the dress was in. Again, I got all the great complements. When I finally went to get the dress altered (at a different David's Bridal) I was told the dress looked like it was made for me, that it looked better then me then it did on the model in the magazine- and I agree. Everyone and David's Bridal was very helpful, kind, and not pushy. They listened to what I wanted and did a great job making me feel comfortable.

The staff at this location is wonderful! We had a very short engagement and needed quick turn around with the bridal gown as well as the bridesmaids gowns, and they delivered with time to spare. Some ladies were not able to spend a lot of money, and the staff helped us find something for everyone.
