The consultant I worked with was great. She was funny, kind, and encouraging. I am looking forward to going back to find my bridesmaid's dresses with my party soon.

Although I did not end up going with a dress from David's Bridal I was very impressed with their selection and variety of wedding gowns and accessories. Be sure that you make an appointment if you plan on trying on while you are there!

All I want to know is why is it that I was the only Bride who bought my dress there and didn't get to ring the bell?
David's Bridal had beautiful dresses and something for everylady and girl in our wedding. I had high expectations for David's Bridal and I would still go back, but there were so many stressful moments with them. I was disappointed. Every time I went they could never find my name, I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled fitting appointments every time, and my girls had problems getting the right dresses because David's Bridal could never find my name in order to find theirs.
Every time someone different at David's Bridal looked at my dress, they would compliment how beautiful it was and wonder where I bought it. REALLY!
But this is where I new that David's Bridal did care. After the multiple situations and stress, they made special accomodations and discounts to help apologize for the situation. I'm a forgiveful person. Thank you.

i was one of the lucky ones who didnt need to have my dressed fitted so i was able to get my dress right off the rack. it was just what i wanted and affordable!!

Originally had purchased my Vera wang wedding gown in Florida, on a trip during my engagement weekend. Fell in love with the dress and bought it on the spot. My consultant was not helpful, she was so busy tending to 2 other brides, I had no special moment...good thing my sister was there to help me in and out of my dress. If you are looking to have the attention of your consultant and have her actually help you, go elsewhere. Had the dress shipped to Ohio, where i could pick it up from my local store. The dress needed to be altered quite a bit, because it didn't fit me in the hip area, etc. DO NOT DO ALTERATIONS AT A DAVID'S BRIDAL!!! I had been warned, but I didn't believe it at first either. The seamstress was very kind and did her best, but after 2 appointments and another 450 dollars!! the dress still was not fitting me correctly. We examined it and found threads hanging out and appliques torn. My sweet fiance actually came to the store and asked for a refund on the parts of the dress they didn't do correctly. The manager finally returned us 200 bucks and we left with the dress in tow. Ended up getting perfect alterations with a recommended seamstress in our town, who did excellent work for half the cost! ;) David's does have a good selection of moderately priced gowns, if you find one you like, buy it and let someone else alter it for you!

Lots of mixups in orders and wrong things coming in and others not ordered and initially overcharged for items and after a few trips back it was sorted out. In the end I did find the dress of my dreams after a few visits and it was perfect. It was just all the hassle before that made it very frustrating and upsetting.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 2 weeks until my wedding and we're still waiting on bridesmaids dresses to come in AFTER they ordered the wrong color! They have my wedding date wrong, argued with my girls on their sizes, and completely forgot to order two dresses in the beginning. 12x12 swatches do NOTHING to show the color!!
