I had the BEST time working with Attelé! Cathy is so honest and fun to work with. The try-on experience was intimate and personalized, and even when I found my dream dress on day 1 she encouraged me to shop around and sleep on it.

My experience here was extra special because I customized my dress. I didn't love the mesh on the dress, so we created straps to cover it. She recommended a seamstress, Dina, who did a fantastic job bringing this dream to life. I spent all year just so excited to wear it!! Sam delivered and steamed the dress at our house before the wedding.

Attelé was my first stop for my wedding dress and veil and quickly became my only. Cathy and Sam are both experts in making their brides and guests feel welcome and special. They are also incredibly helpful in recommending other vendors. I cannot recommend them enough!

To start off at Attele, Sam and Cathy both came to our car to help my Mom out of the car and get her in the door and seated her so she could be comfortable. Customer service was Amazing!! I have never been in a place and been treated the way our family was treated. WOW! Sam and Cathy continued throughout our time there making sure everyone was comfortable. Offered us water, etc. Sam and Cathy said they would dress my daughter and they did just that. They pulled 12 gowns for my daughter to try on and they was all so different. They didn't rush her at all. They both made her feel special and beautiful!! If there was a dress she didn't like they was okay with that. Not pushy at all. My daughter got down to two gowns she loved and Sam and Cathy let my daughter try them back on and walk outside to be in the natural light. She decided on a dress that she would of never picked off the rack herself. She absolutely owned the dress she fell in love with! She said YES to the dress!! We didn't have near the experience at the other two bridal shops like we did at Atelle. Nothing compared. Very personable. Amazing customer service. We was in there by ourselves. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an Amazing experience to shop for wedding gowns to go to Atelee and I know you won't be disappointed. Hands down the best! As we was all leaving Sam and Cathy helped my Mom back to the car and buckled her in. So helpful. Kudos to Sam and Cathy at Attele. I've been sitting with a review in my head for literal months. Unable to express how impactful finding a wedding dress at Attelé was. I'm still speechless, thinking about how joyous and unforgettable my experience was there. Attelé has an expansive and unique selection of gowns. It's easy to locate and cozy on the inside. You walk in and immediately feel at home.
In regards to Cathy and Sam, they are the type of people who leave a lasting impression on you forever. Seriously, I'll never forget them. They are the best hype women ever. I'm not always confident, and it didn't help that I'm not a typical bride. I didn't want a wedding, a ring, or a dress, and I have zero knowledge about what would work for me. Cathy and Sam made me feel empowered, beautiful, and dare I say, excited to have a wedding, a dress, and a ring.
They were so knowledgeable, offered different styles to help solidify my opinion. They were never offended if I said no, not this, and they weren't afraid to explain the nuances of individual styles for my body type. You know, those little items you don't consider. They listened, suggested, and supported me in more ways than a bridal salon should. They are incredible, kind-hearted, and personable. I didn't leave there feeling like just another bride; I felt valuable and unique.

When I first went wedding dress shopping, I was excited, but extremely apprehensive. I am very particular and knew exactly what I DIDN’T want in a wedding dress, but wasn’t sure if what I actually wanted would even exist or look good on me. Then, I completely struck out at two separate bridal shops -- both extremely well respected and fantastic shops in the Columbus and Cleveland areas. My vision just didn’t seem to exist, and that’s when I started to panic.

So, I tried to go back to basics -- finding dresses on Pinterest / online and bookmarking them for inspiration, and paying particular attention to the brands of the dresses that I liked. One of the stand-out brands for me during that process was Rosa Clara. After searching online as to who in the Cleveland or Columbus area carried Rosa Clara dresses, I found Attele. I quickly made an appointment.

From the minute I walked into Attele, I knew fate had brought me there. Here’s why: the mannequin immediately upon entering the door was wearing the dress that I had been envisioning! I showed my inspiration pictures to Sam and Cathy. To my surprise, the dress that I had fallen in love with the most online was the exact same Rosa Clara dress that the mannequin in the shop was wearing. I tried it on, and immediately knew it was the dress for me.

But, the best part about Sam and Cathy, and my experience at Attele, in general, was that they didn’t let me stop there. They went on to pull a bunch of other different dresses -- dresses that I never would have tried on! -- and encouraged me to try them on, just for fun. Even if I had already found my dream dress, they still were willing to let me (and, in fact, encouraging me) to play dress-up; to savor the moment of being a bride and of wedding dress shopping. Words can’t express how much of a fantastic experience that day truly was.

I ended up buying the Rosa Clara dress that I had tried on originally. When my actual dress arrived a few months later, it was absolutely gorgeous, and even better than I had anticipated. Sam and Cathy then became invaluable to me throughout the dress fitting and alterations process. They were supportive; they made fantastic suggestions; they encouraged me to think about things that I never would have thought about in connection with my dress and my wedding day. Their alterations seamstress, Shelly, was also absolutely fantastic. Sam and Cathy even helped my mom choose a complementary color palette for her Mother-of-the-Bride dress.

Ultimately, I think the best thing about Sam and Cathy, and Attele, in general, is that they really take the time to make sure your experience is uniquely tailored to YOU. Never once did I feel rushed while in the salon or pushed into something that wasn’t my style. Their goal was to make me feel like the best version of myself, and they were willing to give their time and energy to make sure that that happened. I truly cannot express how glad I am that I found Attele, and Sam and Cathy. All of their inventory is absolutely gorgeous, and they are truly wonderful people. Even if you don’t find your dream dress there like I did, you will absolutely not regret a minute of the time you spent at Attele. In fact, I can say that, without a doubt, my time spent at Attele was, hands down, the best experience that I had while wedding dress shopping.
