Overall, everything came together perfectly and we were very happy with our service and the staff that helped us.
The facilities are absolutely beautiful and we would highly recommend Capistrano's at Embassy Suites Mandalay Bay.

The Crew of Capistrano's which is the Catering Department for the Embassy Suites where beyond Excellent. They where Flexible in schedulling meetings with me and even gave us a second food tasting for my inlaws. They accomodated me to the last minute especially the number of guest I had did not stop increasing till the day of the wedding. They even accomodated my other vendors such as my invent designer by giving them access to the ballroom all day till the time of the reception (that help w/ the service cost for my event designer) They re-arrange their booked events to other private ballrooms than splitting the main ballroom into two for the earlier events then re-seting it up for my reception. Although the Cost is in the Pricey side, w/ taxes and Service Fees I ended up paying almost $110.00 per person, My guest did coment the Food was great. So, I Highly Recommend Embassy Suite - Mandalay Beach Resort.
