Palm Garden Hotel

We loved having our wedding at the Palm Garden. Nicole was so kind and helpful from start to finish, very responsive to our questions. The convenience of having our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception so close together was awesome, and everyone who stayed at the hotel loved being able to just walk to their rooms when the night was done (including us). You get a great value for the price with a lot included, plus set-up and tear down of everything that belongs to the hotel, so all you're responsible for is your own decor. We had a beautiful day and would highly recommend.

We had to last minute find a new venue for our wedding and reception, and frankly it was a blessing in disguise! Palm Garden was the best reception venue we could have hoped for - the staff was easy to work with and incredibly accommodating. The space was fun, bright, and comfortable; it had absolutely everything I wanted for my wedding reception! All of our guests had an incredible time and everything, from the food to the drinks to the ambiance, was top notch. We also had our wedding block at the Palm Garden, so many of our guests were staying on site and we could stay up all night talking, dancing, and celebrating - something that would have been impossible at literally any other reception venue. I cannot recommend the Palm Garden enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Nicole and Daniel to plan my Welcome Event and Farewell Brunch at the hotel. It was a beautiful setting and I was able to block out 40 rooms so all my guests were able to stay in the same place. I would definitely recommend this venue for others looking to host an event!

As many other brides this year, we had to change our wedding plans due to COVID and one of them was our venue. We reached out to Palm Garden Hotel a month before our wedding and they made it happen! With less than 30 days, they were able to accommodate our food tasting and finalize the details to make our wedding happen! All of our guest stayed at the hotel the weekend of our wedding and they absolutely loved it! The rooms were clean and cozy and the best part was that we really didn't have to leave the hotel for anything. The food was delicious and all the amenities were a plus! Thank you to all the staff that made our special day possible!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed and asked for, they provided. They thought and planned ahead and the entire wedding was seamless. As a bride, I did VERY LITTLE worrying because the hotel took care of everything. I cant speak highly enough of this hotel; my guests and our families had the time of our lives. We had the perfect wedding weekend! Everything went smoothly, and we got awesome feedback from our friends and family about the venue and the wedding. Nicole S and Nicole D were very responsive during the entire process and made sure we got all the information we needed and arranged and organized everything to make the events spectacular.

We had the rehearsal event at Brendan’s the night before and it was so much fun. We had all the wedding events at the Palm Garden Hotel, and it was so convenient. The Garden Suite and the Hollywood Suite are great - my bridesmaids and I got ready in the Garden Suite, and the groomsmen hung out in the Hollywood Suite with the pool table. The huge TV in the Hollywood Suite came in handy especially during March Madness. :)

There were some renovations going on during the weekend, but it didn’t bother us at all. Nicole S made sure the construction stopped before the ceremony, and everything was cleaned up as if there were no renovations going on.

During the reception, the bartenders were awesome and remembered our drinks from the night before. The Palm Garden team made this wedding extra special. Everyone we’ve met at the Palm Garden were so nice and helpful. We had welcome bags for our guests staying at the hotel and the front desk worked with us and made sure our guests received them.

I cannot recommend this venue enough. When we have guests visit Thousand Oaks, we will recommend this hotel to them.

Fantastic weekend! We had tons of out of town guests who stayed the weekend along with the entire wedding party. The new rooms are gorgeous, the Garden and Hollywood suites were spectacular for getting wedding party ready, lunch, after party, hanging out.... the staff and facility were SO accommodating and friendly, the ceremony and reception were amazing... everything about this wedding weekend was perfect! Exceed my expectations!

Such an amazing experience. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. Nicole and the entire event staff at Palm Garden were so accommodating and they really did think of everything to make the day go off without a hitch. From the planning stages to the day of, I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. If I had it all to do over again, I would not have changed a thing. From the food to the room accommodations for guests, to the gorgeous grounds, I could not have asked for more. Thanks Nicole and Palm Garden for making my wedding a dream come true and the best day of my life. My guests and my husband and I will be talking about that day for years to come.

It was so nice having the entire wedding at the same location. We had the rehearsal dinner there the night before. The food was delicious .
The wedding coordinator Nicole was a delight she made sure everything went well and helped with misc small items that needed to be done.
We had a cocktail hour on patio with live music and then moved into the ballroom for the reception. The room looked fabulous and the food was great ! We partied until midnight and then most guests spent the night and had the complimentary breakfast the next morning . It was such an amazing weekend wedding celebration. All our friends and family said it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended.
