I have to admit, I was VERY skeptical about choosing Bella for our wedding photography. I had met with a few photographers prior to choosing Bella - but Bella was offering such an incredible deal that I could not pass it up! And I must say, I am very happy with our decision to choose Bella!! I was very nervous about not being able to meet or speak with our wedding photographer until 2 months before the wedding. But Bella made sure that we were matched with a photgrapher who fit what we were looking for. We actually got two photographers for our wedding day - Nathan S. was our lead photographer and was there with us the whole day, and Joe C. who was our second photgrapher for about 4 hours of the day. Both Nathan and Joe were awesome!!! They both contacted me prior to the wedding to go over all the details and specifics. On the wedding day they both made sure that we got all the shots we wanted and more! Nathan showed me some of the pictures after he took them and from what I saw they looked amazing!!!! We should be getting our pictures any day now and I cannot wait to see how they turned out!

At first I was a little worried about hiring Bella pictures but I am so happy I did. From the beginning my contact person was so nice and helpful. They were very flexible and even during the transition of being bought out by another company they made the transition very smooth. I didn't notice a thing. I chose my photographer a month before the wedding and met with her. I love that I was able to get a chance to meet her and tell her my expectations. The day of my wedding she was prompt and on time. She did and excellent job taking our photos. We love our pictures and we could have easily paid double/triple with another photographer. So Bella saved us thousands! I would definitely recommend this company to a friend. I was recommended and I am completely satisfied. I look at our pics everyday.

At first, I was a bit nervous about hiring such a big company for photo and video especially because I wouldn't know who my photographer and videographer would be until a couple of months before the wedding. Thankfully, I had nothing to be worried about! They made my fiance and I take a style match test to match us up with our ideal photographer and videographer. Their matching process was perfect and our photographer and videographer were both awesome! Also, we were able to see our photos a week and half after our event, score!

Bella Pictures was amazing with every aspect of their process!
They helped us choose a package that was budget-friendly and still gave us the quality that we were looking for.
All staff was corteous and on-point.. they followed up like clock work, dealing with them was a breeze.
Our photographer, Tony Schreiber, was AWESOME!
If anyone is having a wedding in the South Florida area I definitely recommend him!
He was attentive and flexible. We had 5 children in the wedding party and he was cool and colected throughout all of the madness.
All in all Bella Pictures and Tony Schreiber made our wedding day unforgettable and stress-free!!

Brides BEWARE. I always saw negative reviews and was always like, "will never happen to me." I am not the kind to usually go out and write reviews, but my experience with Bella has been nothing but negative since the day of my wedding, that I just had to share.

In a nutshell: BEWARE because the true Bella owners are no more. BELLA PICTURES has been BOUGHT OUT by "CPI Corp, owner and operator of Sears Portrait Studios and PictureMe Portrait Studios® in Wal-Mart". Google it!

I bought their services back in 2011 for my 2012 wedding. Their service now is a complete circus. They refuse to give me a highlight reel because "it was not specifically put into the contract in writing," even though it says it in their "summary" and my consultant guaranteed me that it was part of the contract. Now that they were bought out and let off many employees, apparently if it's not in "writing" they won't give you anything-HOW RUDE! YOU WEREN'T THERE WHEN I MADE MY $3k+ PAYMENT TO GUARANTEE THIS! Nitpickers!

VIDEO:
Video guy was OK. I have YET to receive my video. WARNING: They are BEHIND on schedule.I should expect my video in 6 months. Don't believe me? CALL THEM 888-556-7590 and just humour the automatic menus.They say it out to you THERE, but don't DARE send you a courteous email or phone call letting you know of the delay.
NOTE: Highlight Reels: Apparently $500. RAW video footage: $800.RIP OFF! Many photographers out there do this already automatically!(note, I APPARENTLY will not get my highlight reel and REFUSE to spend more money on something I already paid for!)

PHOTOGRAPHY:
I paid more $$ to select my own photographer and for nothing. I felt that I had to constantly give her direction as to how to take pictures, position ourselves,etc. It was NOT the style that was in her portfolio. Maybe she was having a rough day? I don't care. MY wedding. MY happiness. MY money!

Memories = Non Existant w/ Bella. If I could do it over again, Brides, I would go elsewhere.

First of all, I just would like to truthfully say that if I could, I would have NOT chosen Bella. I did get pressured into signing with them and it sucks. The ONLY thing I did enjoy about Bella, was my photographer. She was AMAZING, fun, and she stayed out of the way and no one noticed she was taking pictures, which is very professional. My pictures turned out great and I owe it all to HER, not Bella. I also wish she could have edited my pictures because I don't like how Bella ended up not editing any of them, you have to pay MORE for them to do so. Recently, and this has been happening to a lot of recent and new brides, I have not heard from anyone in weeks.. they claim it is because they are "reconstructing", whatever the heck that means. It's ridiculous. Also, I found out that they are 6 weeks behind schedule on making their albums. I am almost at 2 months since my album has been submitted and they promise 3 months! Overall, this company blows. I highly suggest taking your money and investing in a better company/person. Your wedding photographer is going to end up being the most important thing you hire during this process and if you want stressful, not professional and lack of communication, by all means, go with Bella. Otherwise, go with someone else.

This was such a great company! They kept me in the loop during each step. They were easy to reach. They provided me with emergency numbers incase something happened on the wedding day. I was able to explian exactly what kind of photos I wanted and their computerized system was very friendly and easy to use. The best part was that I was able to pay in installments which really helped our budget!

I loved the concept of Bella Photography. I liked that I was able to pick through a variety of photographs which narrowed down the search for a photographer that matched my style. In the end, I was not thrilled with the results of the photography, but the photographer was extremely nice and easy to work with. Several of the pictures turned out beautiful, however, I was hoping there would be a large quantity more of beautiful pictures. I would still recommend the agency, just make sure you tell the photographer exactly what you want. I don't think I did a good job doing that.

It was a great deal and our pictures turned out great! Definitely a great buy if you don't have an unlimited budget. You'll be very happy with your pictures.

Both of our photographers were polite and flexible. They were creative and attentive to our needs and amazing people to work with. I was nervous about not choosing my own photographer but it worked out best this way - less work and stress for me and still an amazing result.

Do not use this vendor!!! They do not respond to your questions in a timely manner. I am still waiting on my wedding album and parent album that was paid in full. I have made several attempts to contact them and no one returns my email or voicemail messages to even let me know status. I was told I need to speak to one individual and that she is the only person that can help me. However, she has yet to return an email or phone calls to check on the status of my stuff that is owed to me. They are a money hungry company that will say or do anything to get your business. They have constant turnover within their company so the person you start out as your company representative will no longer be with their company after a few months so you never know who you are dealing with. You call and get several different ladies that answer the main switch board and they can't tell you who owns the company or a manger to speak to. So sad when you are upset but when they want your money they are all over you to respond in the beginning. They do not live up to their end of a contract. Now I have no wedding album to show for my special day. I don't want to see any other brides live this nightmare.

After booking with Bella they checked in with us periodically to ask about any changes or to remind us that certain things were coming up that needed to be done. The photographer Susan was so friendly and responsive, we had so much fun taking pictures .

It was a little weird dealing with such a big corporation and not talking to my actual photographer until a week or two before the wedding. I had been contacted by several different people during the course of the process. And it was a process. But it worked out in the end. And the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately the videography pricing was outrageous and we had to do without it. But I was happy with our photographer, Barbara. She was friendly and professional and she seemed to capture every moment and the portraits pics turned out great. It took a while to get the pics back (they said within 28 days and it took 25). I don't know if that's average or what. I only wish the pictures had maybe a little retouching done to them to hide skin imperfections, but maybe I shoudl've asked.
