Bella Pictures was such a great company to work with for our wedding photography. We also had our engagement session w/ them and could not be happier w/ the photographers we were matched w/. Although their packages seem quite "pricey" it is definitely worth it. Plus you really get more than what you paid! The pictures all turned out exquisite and have gotten many compliments from friends and family. We highly recommend using Bella for your wedding photography

I haven't seen my pictures yet but the experience so far has been great. Very helpful representatives and I always felt they had everything covered and were very efficient. I can't wait to see the photos!

I wasn't sure what to expect with a big company like Bella but I have been so pleased with every step along the way. Our representative, Jennifer, has been so helpful with all my questions, has checked in with us regularly, and did an awesome job of matching us with our photographer. Our photographer was the hardest working person at our wedding and we have stunning photos to prove it! And we love that we get to keep all of the digital images.

AMAZING!!!! Our photographer Kathleen was such a professional and wonderful to work with. It is very apparent that Kathleen is very expereinced and good at what she does....we were very pleased with her. She came 30 minutes early and was so personable and just wonderful to work with....we cannot wait for the end result!!

Ron Griggs, you were and are an awesome photographer!! Very nice and just so easy to work with and talk to. We were very pleased to have been matched up with you.
We appreciated how Ron was flexible and willing to go with the flow. He listened to our wants and need but also had really helpful suggestions making everything fit together even better than we could have wanted. Ron never seemed to take a break making make sure he captured every little and big moment throughout the night. It was crazy how most of the time we didn't even realize he was taking pictures, but he gave us a sneak peak of a few shots - really cool! Even though we only had one photographer, I can only guess the photos taken by Ron will seem as though we had more than one. We cannot wait for the end result!!
All the Bella staff members we 'met' along the way are definitely professional and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a photographer.

I was lucky enough to be referred to Bella pictures through a very good girlfriend of mine. She raved about them since she booked them and after was elated with her wedding pictures. After viewing her pictures, I decided to book them immediately. So far my experience has been great. Michelle, my wedding consultant, is on top of everything! She has been there for me during these last 6 months to remind me of different things that I never would have remembered for my big day. I have really been impressed with the professionalism yet intimacy that Bella has provided me. My fiance and I rated over one hundred pictures, which really helped us solidify and identify our style. Although we had an idea of what we liked, the rating system really helped us get some good ideas of what we loved and what we did not want. Shortly after rating the pictures, we were assigned our photographers. At that point, we were able to view their portfolios and history. Needless to say, I'm so excited to work with both of them! If you decide to go with Bella, I definitely recommended Michelle Lewis-Kapp. She's amazing.

The photographs for our wedding were extremely important to us so we were very picky when it came to choosing who would help us capture the moments we wanted to hold onto forever.
Our relationship with Bella began with meeting our Photography Consultant, Michelle Lewis-Kapp, in person. After meeting with a slew of wedding vendors with varying degrees of professionalism we were extremely pleased with the presentation and professionalism that Michells provided. We asked a lot of questions and she took her time to explain all of the packages to us so that we could make the right decision for us. We walked away from our meeting feeling that Michelle would take care of us extremely well.
After we met Michelle we were sent a link to a website where we could rate photographs from other weddings in the effort for us to choose which photographers would work best for what we wanted. We thought this was a lot better than just looking at a photographers portfolio and picking them as we weren't sure which photographers photographs we were looking at, only whether we liked them or not. Kind of like a blind ballot based on expertise, it was actually a lot of fun.
After rating the photos online we were matched with Jay Crihfield as our main photographer and we were blown away by the photos we found online that he had done. After rating all of those photos previously it looked like our photographers expertise was exactly what we were hoping for. We had two photographers so at a later time we were also matched with Matthew Staley as our 'ghost/floating' photographer and we were excited about what our wedding pictures would turn out like. Throughout this entire process Michelle kept in contact with us to let us know what was going on and to make sure we were happy with everything....and we were.
We also had our wedding videography with Bella and we were matched with Al Kohout, who had an extensive collection of beautiful wedding videos.
Our wedding day started out with Jay and Matthew taking 'prep' pictures of us in our seperate rooms with our bridal party. There were some 'portrait' pictures as well as some 'spontaneous' pictures and it was a lot of fun for everyone.
Honestly, we don't remember seeing the videographer or photographers at the wedding since we were so focused on each other but based on the photos we've seen, apparently they were taking beautiful pictures everywhere during the ceremony. Every 'once in a lifetime' moment was caught by the photogs, along with a lot of cute, spontaneous pictures of us and our guests before and during the ceremony.
We were excited when we planned to have our post-wedding ceremony pictures taken at the Morton Arboretum with all of the beautiful Fall colors but on the day of our wedding....it rained. Jay Crihfield hopped into action and made the best of a tough situation by taking countless pictures in unique situations/poses and they all turned out better than we could ever imagined.
At our wedding reception Jay and Matthew didn't let up on their performance as they came up with one beautiful shot after another. Jay took time to get all the 'required' family photos that every family seems to want at weddings where all the relatives are in attendance, so we were very appreciative of that, as well. By the time the photographers and videographer left, we felt like they more than earned their money.
After we got back from our Honeymoon we received a link from Bella with our photographs on it and we were ecstatic with the results. We've shown all of our friends and family and, when they aren't brought to tears, they highly compliment the pictures.
Bella is expensive but you get what you pay for. Classy, professional and timeless memories caught through the camera lens were what we were looking for and we were able to get that and more.
Michelle Lewis-Kapp was a tremendous amount of help throughout the entire process so we not only encourage prospective couples to use Bella Photography, but to also request Michelle as their consultant.

When my fiance and I were searching for photographers, we really took into acccount other couples' reviews and experiences. For us, photography was not one of the areas in which we were trying to cut costs. These pictures are meant to last a lifetime! I really appreciated the approach that Bella takes in trying to match you up with the perfect photographer. We met with Michelle Lewis-Kapp first, who went over what we were looking for for our wedding, the pictures that were important to us, how the day was going to go, etc. From there, we went to Bella's planning site and looked through a ton of photos and ranked each one based on how we liked them. So, based on our talk with Michelle and our rankning of photos, we were matched up with a photographer. And it turned out to be a perfect match! Ken Carl was the perfect blend of traditional and photojournalistic style that Dan and I were looking for. Plus he was great to work with! We can't say enough great things about Ken Carl and Bella. Our pictures look fabulous and we are currently working on our album.
