I cant say enough about my photographer. He (chris martel) really made me feel so comfortable. His work is amazing! I love all my pictures! All the photographers he came with made me feel so comfortable. He really captured my day. It is a girls dream come true to see her pictures and feel the same feelings she felt that day. I got tears in my eyes when I saw my pictures because they really captured the moment and made me miss my wedding day.

When I began planning my wedding, someone told me "Be sure you get along with your photographer, because that is the one person who will be spending the entire day with you." That was probably the best planning advice I got! After about 10 minutes of meeting with Chris Martel we knew we had to have him for our big day. Not only were his pictures gorgeous (classicly beautiful photographs captured by truly artistic eye), but he was so laid back and easy to work with that we knew he would be a great addition to our day. For a reasonable price we had unlimited time, unlimited amount of photos, an assistant, and an engagement session all included in our package. Throughout the day I received numerous comments on how unobtrusive and non-annoying my photographer was. Despite keeping a low profile, he managed to get all the shots I was looking for... and then some. Also, he puts a little slideshow of the weddings on his studio blog (definitely worth checking out). I was addicted to checking for new ones before my wedding, and looked religiously afterwards until mine appeared. It was such a nice bonus to be able to send that link around to everyone. The store where I bought my dress said it was hands down the best little video they have seen (and they have seen a lot!). Thanks to both Chris and Mark for not only documenting our day, but enhancing the time we had every step of the way. I cannot recommend Armor & Martel enough!

Chris Martel was our chosen photographer due mostly in part to his responsiveness to our first inquiry. Then upon meeting Chris at the OceanCliff Vendor Showcase in February 09 his warm, witty, attentive personality and review of his talent sold us! We of course wanted photographs to capture our daughter's wedding memories and Chris far exceeded our expectations due in most part to his keen intuitive nature that captured priceless moments with his combination of traditional and journalistic styles. We will always be grateful for a stress free day. Chris not only captured memories, his photography told a beautiful story...it was a fairytale wedding and Chris was a prince... a real class act!

Christopher Martel went above and beyond in every aspect. You can not believe how talented he is until you have seen the finished product. He truly gave us breathtaking photographs, far beyond what we could have ever imagined. We had engagement photos up at our wedding that he shot, and people could not stop raving about them. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants the best you can get. We will without question use him in the future for any type of photography we may need. His work speaks for itself...

Chris and his photography company were amazing. They took unbelievable pictures that we look through every day. In fact, we are planning an album and there are so many amazing photos that it has taken us literally weeks to try to whittle down the numbers of selected photos to the 125 for the album.
They made our wedding look fantastic. I cannot say enough about Armor and Martel, I would highly suggest them to any person looking for dedicated professional and talented photographers for their wedding. The quality of their output is second to none.
Also, they worked around our schedule, and were punctual and well equipped for the job.
Did I mention the photos are amazing!

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the photographs from our wedding. Chris and Pam from Armor & Martel were top notch professionals. They captured such great moments. In addition, they knew how to work with all ages for the formal portraits. They were not intrusive during the ceremony. I highly recommend them!

I used Armor and Martel for my engagement and wedding photos. Chris Martel is absolutely fantastic to work with and really did a great job! He made us feel comfortable and really got some beautiful shots! I don't recommend hiring two of the photographers, as one does the job just fine!
