Jamie Corbman is an energetic and passionate photographer that has been taking photos since he was five years old. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University and a Master of Arts from the University of East Anglia in the UK. He further studied photography at the Rhode Island School of Design where he learned color and compositional theory that he now applies to his photography. Jamie photographs with a contemporary, photojournalistic style and is trained in black-and-white darkroom techniques as well as modern digital imaging software.

Great Photographer!
Jamie photographed our wedding on 8/13/22 and we are so happy with how everything went! The pictures came out absolutely incredible and were turned around quickly (especially considering how many photos we got and how organized the USB of photos was!). Working with Jamie was also very easy throughout the entire process; he was flexible about us adding an extra hour just weeks before our big day and he was great the day of. Jamie took so many gorgeous photos, captured all of our family/requested photos, and got so many others we didn't even know he was taking! He was also so subtle when photographing our big day, which we appreciated. We highly recommend Jamie to capture your special day!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jamie for our engagement photos and our wedding day. Jamie from the moment we met put us at ease. He has a way of connecting with you immediately and bringing out the best in you. His personality and demeanor are exactly what a Bride needs on her wedding day!

Amazing!!!
INCREDIBLE! I have already reviewed Jamie for his professionalism and great personality for those who are nervous - he made us so comfortable. BUT we just got our pictures back and WOW! I had no idea what to expect, as I have never really been photographed like this before. The pictures are amazing and I could not be any happier with Jamie’s eye and diligent work! I am so happy with these pictures, they will forever be beautiful reminders of our engagement, all thanks to Jamie!!

My husband and I highly appreciated all the hard work that Jamie demonstrated at our wedding. We found that he was always exactly where we needed him during every important moment, and the pictures he captured made those moments magical forever! His working method also made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The photography sessions of our wedding went very smoothly, and he helped all of our family members and bridal party feel comfortable and relaxed. He brought many good ideas to the table including great ideas for poses, combinations, and locations for our engagement session. Most importantly, so many people have commented on how beautiful and handsome everyone looks in our pictures! Our entire family will cherish these pictures for many years to come.

Jamie did a great job for us photographing our wedding day. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process and he was highly professional and reliable throughout the day and afterwords as well. He asked us a lot of important questions about details we had not previously considered, and that was really fortuitous because it made the entire day flow more smoothly. We got a package with Jamie and a second photographer because we had a large wedding and wanted to make sure we would get pictures of everyone, and it seemed like we got more coverage and more pictures from more angles. Both Jamie and his second photographer were professional and polite, and they worked well together to organize the wedding day. We were so happy to get our beautiful photos so quickly. It was a little more than a month, and he communicated with us regularly to let us know about his progress. The pictures look fantastic, and we are overjoyed with the service!

Jamie photographed our wedding, and we just made an album with him, and it's soooo Beautiful! We are so in love with every single picture. I really love how he just captured every single detail. There are so many wonderful moments. The colors are beautiful, and the pictures just have so much emotion. There are beautiful, sweet moments, funny candids, and just a lot of great fun stuff. Jamie has a lot of energy, and he was easy and fun to work with. We really appreciated his planning and organization. He had a good sense of how to help us organize the wedding timeline so we could get all of the pictures we wanted without missing anything else. We have gotten a lot of compliments on the pictures from friends and families, and I highly recommend him to other brides and grooms looking for a talented photographer!!!

Jamie is THE BEST! My fiancee (now husband!) and I were both a little nervous about the pictures, but they're really important to both of us, but we both get shy and awkward in front of the camera. We decided to do an engagement session, and we were so happy that we did! Jamie really helped us feel at ease and comfortable in front of the camera. He's really patient and he just has a really calming way about him. The engagement pictures looked great, and it made us both feel much more confident for our wedding. Even though we knew we would be the center of attention, and that would normally push me out of my comfort zone, I felt so much more ready and really excited about the pictures. All of the pictures are simply outstanding! He caught every detail, and everyone looks so beautiful! Like I said, he's the BEST!!!

What can I say? Our pictures were perfect! Jamie is extremely professional, and a stellar photographer. His post-processing style is exactly what we were looking for - nothing too vivid and neon, just classic, in focus, perfectly frameable pictures. He had a lot of great setting ideas, and his suggestions ended up yielding the best shots of the sets. On top of this, his pricing was more than reasonable, and he rocks the bow tie like a boss. Just stop searching for photographers, and hire him already!
