My wedding location was almost a nightmare. When we booked the location it was with a wonderful wedding coordinator that was part of the location fee, however she left and so did the service.
My wedding was June 20th, 2009 and it rainned. My outdoor service suddenly became an indoor one. The first Person I saw as Johanna. She was waiting for me even through she wasn't suppose to be there until 6. She helped unload my car (which the location was suppose to do) listen while I told the caturing staff what I wanted done with the flowers and candels then took the box of sand ceramony items and our rememberance candle and told me get ready I can handle this. She set up chairs, arranged the front for us, ordered everyone around and left both myself and my maid of honour to get ready and not worry. I truely belive that she saved my wedding.
While none of this was in her contract, nor was it asked of her, she went above and beyond. She gave us a shadow box for our handfasting cords and a wonderful book with our vows in it (the same one she used during our service).
During the month before our wedding I would tell her I think I want this and she would add it to the service, she was great and putting me a ease and making me feel like I was the only bride she had to work with.
If you want someone who truely loves what she does, and is willing to go to any lengh to give you your dreams that you should look no further. You have found the best.

Joanna did a great job making our special day perfect. She was very professional and helpful. The book that she gives you with all yours vows that you picked and the marriage licenses was great! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We were so impressed with An Event to Remember. Johanna worked with us to capture our story and get to know us even though we did not meet until the day of the wedding. She provided us with a memory book that included our ceremony words, our wedding certificate, and pages for photos. She was flexible with time and it was obvious that she put her heart into creating a ceremony to fit us. Would highly recommend Johanna and An Event to Remember.

Johanna Respini was so amazing. We had to make all arrangments from afar, so she was very flexible with our time schedule and our lack of "getting right back to you" she made a special little program of our ceremony that was totally unexpected, but a beautiful nice touch for our album. Funny thing is we could not remember half the things we said becasue we were so focused on messing up, so this was word for word what we said. AWESOME TOUCH!~

I just want to say that Rev. Johanna Respini came to our rescue when we only had one month left until the wedding date! She was able to organize the ceremony and help with our vows and ceremony choice. And when nothing seemed to be going right, she was right there to help fix it. Words can't describe how thankful we are to have had Johanna be the one to join us together for now and forever!

My fiance and I had planned a trip to Key West to get married and had already an officiant and place to stay. We had to change plans on route to our destination due to Hurricaine Ike. Needless to say, we were disappointed with no idea on how we could still get married on the date we had set. Thanks to my best friend, she had located Johanna and put me in touch with her. Johanna was wonderful, she accomodated us with only 2 days notice. We found her very personable and she performed a beautiful ceremony for us. We are very thankful to her and would highly recommend her.
