Do you charge for trials?
Yes, there is a charge for a trial. It is $150 for hair and makeup and $85 for each service separately. Please allow approximately 3 hours for a hair & makeup consultation. We are committed that we achieve the perfect look for your most special day!
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
We always come to you, wherever you happen to be. There is no additional travel fees for locations within a 20 miles radius of Studio City.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We can accommodate as many people as necessary and we will bring on as many additional artists as necessary to accommodate everyone!
How far in advance should clients book your services?
We get booked very far in advance, so our recommendation is to book as far in advance as possible. However, we do our best to accommodate you even if it's a last minute booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel, we ask that you kindly give us at least a 30 day notice.
