Having performed at over 1700 events, I know when I see a wonderful event location. Fantastically overseen by Nancy and her staff from The New York Food Company, Verandas is one of, if not, the best locations in the South Bay area. What a beautiful setting for a wedding. From the ceremony courtyard to the cocktail lounge, Verandas has what it takes to take your event to the next level. The four star food is complimented by the excellent service.

From the beautiful private garden, to the elegant dining room, Verandas has it all. We have photographed weddings and events at Verandas since it opened, and it just keeps getting better! The bride makes a dramatic entrance down the long staircase – arriving in the beautiful private garden for her wedding vows. The guests enjoy the sights and sounds of the koi pond and waterfall. Cocktail hour upstairs with an ocean view and lounge atmosphere – upscale and comfortable. Dinner in a beautifully appointed dining room. And then – party on! Dream weddings happen at Verandas. How does your venue determine the cost of the space? We opperate off of a Food & Beverage minimum. Depending on which day of the week, time of day, and season, give us a call and we will provide you with that information!

Do you offer an on-site wedding consultant? Yes

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? We provide you with all of the basics you will need for your wedding! You have 36 solid colors to choose from for your overlay linens and napkins!

Do you require brides to use a specific list of vendors? No, we do not. However, the vendors we have on our referal list are vendors we have worked with several times and who we know are going to do an excellent job for you!

Do you have cooking facilities? Yes.

Do you provide your own catering? If yes, can a bride opt to use an outside caterer if she prefers? We are owned and operated by a catering company, so we do not allow any outside catering. The only exception to this is that we work with an excellent kosher caterer, when needed.

Do you have liability insurance? Yes. And we require any outside vendor (officiant, photographer, florist, etc.) that we work with to have liability insurance as well.

Does your venue often accommodate more than one wedding at a time? No. When you book our venue it is exclusivly yours for your time slot.

Do you offer security, if requested? Yes. We have a parking attendant/security person at every event to make sure that no one is allowed on the property that does not belong there.

Describe your bathroom facilities: We are handicap accessable. We have restrooms upstairs and downstairs.

Describe your parking facilities: We have a private parking lot with 140 spaces, which is very hard to come by in Manhattan Beach!
