I highly recommend Rene and Tirado Photography. We absolutely love our engagement and wedding pictures. We interviewed 7 different photographers before selecting Rene, so I think it's fair to say we were quite selective with what we are looking for. We also were pretty awkward in front of the camera at first, but after posing us a few times at the engagement shoot we warmed up and learned to be more comfortable with the camera. Rene has an artistic approach to photos. He shoots in a variety of ways so you end up with a mixture of styles in the finished product which we love. He captured all of the emotions and happenings of the day but was totally in the background. In the planning stages Rene was responsive and created a package that addressed all of our needs. Never once did he say "no" or "I can't do that." Everything was so easy and when you are dealing with so many wedding vendors at once you totally appreciate easy people to work with! I was also pleased with his choice in second shooter, Jeff. Both of them captured amazing images. Even though we live in NY and he is based in MA I'm sure we will use Rene again as he often travels to the NY area.

They are amazing! Melissa and Rene make you feel totally comfortable and relaxed wile taking your pictures. It was so great to work with them, They love what they do and it really shows. They both are so excited about photography that they make it so easy for the bride, groom and the wedding party. I would highly recommend Melissa and Rene to any Bride and Groom.

Melissa and Rene are unbelievable!! They were so great throughout the whole process. Always there to answer our questions. It was raining on our wedding day, but the main reason why I wasn't worried was because of Tirado. I knew we would still get amazing pictures!! Anytime we have a need for a photographer we are using Tirado. I think of them as our friends now, they're just great.

Truly the most amazing photographers in the area. They are fun, fresh, and extremely talented. Melissa responds nearly immediately to all requests/questions/concerns and her attention to detail is yet unmatched by any of my other vendors. They make you feel like you are their only client and they can make anything happen for you. They are so fantastic -- book them!!

Rene and Melissa are awesome! Melissa really helped me through figuring out a timeline that fit into our schedule. She has so many ideas and suggestions, and she is very easy to get in touch with. They are both so much fun to have around. They feel more like friends than a vendor. They are a bit more expensive than I was hoping to pay, but I know they will be worth every penny when I see the pics. My parents loved them too and even sat with them for a bit at dinner :) They are so creative and they whisked us away for 5 minutes in the middle of the reception to take advantage of the full moon outside. It was a blast and I cannot wait to see the pics. Before they left, the asked if there was anything else I wanted and we quickly rounded up a bunch of friends and family we wanted to get pics of. The stayed well past their contracted time. Melissa is also so much fun and has such high energy - I loved having her in the bridal suite while I was getting ready!! Pending final product.

Melissa and Rene Tirado are a husband and wife photography team. They are so fun to work with. You want to stay in touch with them even after their wedding because they are so personable. Not to mention the beautiful picture they took of our wedding!!!!
