The Pendergrass House

is located in Historic Downtown Jefferson, GA.  Built in 1893 the home oozes with both character and charm.  We offer a beautiful setting for your wedding and/or reception inside the home or outside under our Grand Pavilion, which has high ceilings, a chandelier, sconces, gas fireplace, heating and air (if needed) or just open air with ceiling to floor sheers hanging in the openings providing a more intimate and elegant atmosphere.
