I can't say enough good things about my experience at The Dress. My first appointment, I worked with Carli, who was incredibly knowledgable and imparted her expertise, while also listening to me (albeit badly) describe my vision. She was so patient and helped me in and out of several different style dresses (all stunning), until we narrowed down what I was looking for. She added some accessories to help me visualize being a bride (something I was definitely uncomfortable with to start). I had another dress appointment the next day and Carli was super supportive of that and encouraged me to go while thinking on my top couple selections. I did go and had another great experience at the other shop, but couldn't stop thinking about a couple dresses from the Dress. I called back and made a retry appointment the following weekend.

Insert MEGHAN. Carli was on a buying trip, so I got paired up with Meghan for my retry. What. a. gem. I would hire her for her clipping skills alone. She got me into my two options (actually into both twice, because I had such a hard time choosing between the two) and gave me the FULL dress-up experience (veils, belts, jewelry - the whole 9). She asked the right questions, hyped me through my insecurities, and *respectfully* addressed (but ultimately ignored) input from my peanut gallery to make sure I felt 100% about my decision. And I did. I ordered my dress that day and they put the appointment costs toward the final cost of my dress, which was awesome. We had a nice bubbly toast and took pictures to celebrate. The entire team and experience was INCREDIBLE. I can't wait to marry the man of my dreams in the dress of my dreams.

Brittany helped me pick out my dream wedding dress. She was extremely patient and supportive throughout the entire process. She did a great job listening to what I liked and didn’t like. She also paid attention to my nonverbal cues to help me pick a dress that I am completely comfortable and happy in! Thanks Brittany!

Everyone at The Dress was so helpful and not only made me, but my whole party feel right at home. Especially Kary. I was a bundle of nerves and Kary made me feel so comfortable and heard. She helped me find the perfect dress and gave me a detailed list of where places for alterations! I couldn’t be happier with my dress and my experience. Highly recommend.

I purchased my Essence of Australia gown from this fantastic boutique and I couldn't be happier with the gown or the experience I had! Everyone wow'd when they finally saw me walking down the aisle, and my husband balled so hard!

Such a cute little shop in medina! I couldn't imagine going any where else to purchase my dress. The staff was extremely helpful, from the moment you booked your appointment all the way to the day you picked up the dress.

So I had Britt and she was amazing! She knows her stuff. She was up front and honest with me. I also had another dress I needed to try on before saying yes and she ultimately tried to get that dress in store. When she couldn’t, she told me to go try it on. However at that salon I tired it on and hated it and they put me in something similar to what I tried on with Britt and also enjoyed it. They had both dresses at the The Dress which ultimately the original dress Britt pulled, I got. With a little extra to make it my own. She truly was great and I never felt pressured. Can’t wait to see this dress again when it comes in and when I get to wear it for real on October 14, 2023

I cannot say enough great things about TDBB! It was the first and only place I needed to find my wedding dress. The location is ideal, the space is inviting, and the staff is fabulous! From the moment I walked in with my mom and bridesmaids, we felt welcomed and valued. And Brittney is INCREDIBLE - she's talented, knowledgeable, and friendly, and she found me the perfect dress - in a style I'd never considered before. I'm still smiling and swooning nearly a month later, and I cannot WAIT for my dress to come in. Thank you all for the BEST experience!!
