Incredible Experience - start to finish!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at The Dress. My first appointment, I worked with Carli, who was incredibly knowledgable and imparted her expertise, while also listening to me (albeit badly) describe my vision. She was so patient and helped me in and out of several different style dresses (all stunning), until we narrowed down what I was looking for. She added some accessories to help me visualize being a bride (something I was definitely uncomfortable with to start). I had another dress appointment the next day and Carli was super supportive of that and encouraged me to go while thinking on my top couple selections. I did go and had another great experience at the other shop, but couldn't stop thinking about a couple dresses from the Dress. I called back and made a retry appointment the following weekend.

Insert MEGHAN. Carli was on a buying trip, so I got paired up with Meghan for my retry. What. a. gem. I would hire her for her clipping skills alone. She got me into my two options (actually into both twice, because I had such a hard time choosing between the two) and gave me the FULL dress-up experience (veils, belts, jewelry - the whole 9). She asked the right questions, hyped me through my insecurities, and *respectfully* addressed (but ultimately ignored) input from my peanut gallery to make sure I felt 100% about my decision. And I did. I ordered my dress that day and they put the appointment costs toward the final cost of my dress, which was awesome. We had a nice bubbly toast and took pictures to celebrate. The entire team and experience was INCREDIBLE. I can't wait to marry the man of my dreams in the dress of my dreams.

Brittany was great!

Brittany helped me pick out my dream wedding dress. She was extremely patient and supportive throughout the entire process. She did a great job listening to what I liked and didn’t like. She also paid attention to my nonverbal cues to help me pick a dress that I am completely comfortable and happy in! Thanks Brittany!

The bomb dot com!

So I had Britt and she was amazing! She knows her stuff. She was up front and honest with me. I also had another dress I needed to try on before saying yes and she ultimately tried to get that dress in store. When she couldn’t, she told me to go try it on. However at that salon I tired it on and hated it and they put me in something similar to what I tried on with Britt and also enjoyed it. They had both dresses at the The Dress which ultimately the original dress Britt pulled, I got. With a little extra to make it my own. She truly was great and I never felt pressured. Can’t wait to see this dress again when it comes in and when I get to wear it for real on October 14, 2023

Cannot Say Enough Good Things

I cannot say enough great things about TDBB! It was the first and only place I needed to find my wedding dress. The location is ideal, the space is inviting, and the staff is fabulous! From the moment I walked in with my mom and bridesmaids, we felt welcomed and valued. And Brittney is INCREDIBLE - she's talented, knowledgeable, and friendly, and she found me the perfect dress - in a style I'd never considered before. You're Missing Out If You Don't Shop Here!

I had such an incredible experience here!! The shop is super cute, there is a huge selection of different styles and sizes of dresses and everyone on staff is so kind and welcoming! Brittney helped me try on the most beautiful dresses and I ended up choosing one that I saw on a mannequin when we walked in the store and she pulled for me. She was super knowledgeable about the designers we tried on, gave great suggestions and recommendations, read my reactions and body language well and was great with giving me a little private time to choose between the dress I loved (and chose) and a dress I loved at another shop. She also showed me a variety of gorgeous belts to add to my dress (which I asked for) and veils to try on without making me feel like I had to purchase that day. As a plus sized bride, I was scared to go shopping and was nervous about what would be available to me at shops in the area, but Brittney and the entire The Dress staff helped me feel super comfortable and made me feel incredible in the dresses that I tried on! I cannot recommend shopping here enough, I absolutely loved my experience and cannot wait to be back to pick up my dress!!

Amazing dress store!

My experience here from last year until my wedding day was just amazing. The girls will make you feel so beautiful trying on dresses, they provide free steaming if you buy your dress from them, they write your name on a special wall during your wedding month, and they have an AMAZING selection of gowns.

Great place to find your favorite dress

All of the dresses sold at The Dress are beautiful, so you will have an easy time finding the dress of your dreams! I had a vague idea of what I was looking for, and the team at The Dress had no problem helping me narrow down my search and find the dress after just one appointment. Not once did they try to push me over my budget, and they were just as excited as I was when I found the one. They have excellent accessories on site as well, and even though they don’t do alterations, they provide a list of other amazing people who do! On my wedding day, I got a lot of compliments on my dress and how it was perfect for me; I thank The Dress for making that possible!

Amazing Experience

I worked with Emily C at the Dress. She was so helpful. She found the perfect dress for me on only the 3rd try. I was being little indecisive and didn't purchase the dress that day and came back one other time before committing. Emily was very understanding and didn't try to push the dress on me. Very Personal Experience

What an amazing place! This was the second shop I went to when searching for my wedding dress and I'm so glad I did! Marina was absolutely incredible to work with. I gave her extremely vague information on what I was looking for and she nailed it! The third dress I put on, I instantly knew it was the one. I immediately started crying. She seemed genuinely excited for me to find my dress! Not only did she find the perfect dress, it was several hundred dollars UNDER the budget I gave her. So she didn't try to over sell me! I would highly recommend working with her. Besides the amazing staff, the facility is also very inviting. Having private rooms and not having to search through dresses really made the experience enjoyable and relaxing. My daughter was a big fan of the cupcakes too :) I will always remember the incredible experience I had here. Thank you for everything!!

Just the experience you dream of

Finding THE dress at The Dress was an all around perfect experience. My 8 girlfriends, mother, gma and soon to be MIL all got to share that Ah-Ha moment with me and drool over the perfect dress. We celebrated with champange, took pictures and loved every moment. The purchasing, pick up process was smooth and no issues were had during my time working with them. The Dress in Medina was so great to work with! I bought my wedding dress, veil and bridesmaid dresses here and throughout every step of the way they were SO helpful and accommodating . The shop is amazing and they make it so fun and comfortable for you to go and try on bridal dresses and bridesmaid gowns. I ended up getting my dress somewhere else but I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at The Dress! I had a long few weeks of trying on dresses and was feeling defeated, but my consultant, Marina, helped me to feel confident and excited about the process again! Everyone in the store was so sweet and genuinely interesting in helping me. Marina knew what I wanted, even though I really didn't have a clue what that was. It was a wonderful experience even though I didn't get my dress there, and I would highly recommend it to other brides :)

The Dress Bridal Boutique was exactly what I had envisioned when I day dreamed about getting my wedding dress. My consultant Marina was so understanding, knowledgeable, and sweet. I gave her a very brief idea of what I thought I wanted and she came back with about 5 of the most beautiful dresses to try on. I never felt pressured and she made me feel so comfortable. I ended up buying the second dress she pulled for me. The champagne toast at the end and the t-shirt I received was the icing on the cake. I recommend the Dress Bridal Boutique to everyone I know. I came into The Dress about two weeks ago to look at wedding dresses. Emily was my consultant and did a fantastic job. She was so sweet and professional. After saying yes to the most perfect dress, Emily gave me and my entire group a champagne toast! I was so impressed by the whole shop and the staff, I had to schedule a bridesmaid appointment the next week. For the bridesmaid dress appointment, my consultant was Sarah. Sarah was so friendly and helpful. She even allowed me to show my bridesmaids my wedding dress. The Dress has an amazing and helpful staff, and a great selection of beautiful wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses! So glad I went here for my dress and my bridesmaid dresses!!!

Oh.my.goodness what a spectacular experience my party and I had at this beautiful boutique! I could not think of a better experience for my FIRST time dress shopping, I even walked out with a gown (technically it had to be made). The consultant I had, Jodi, should be recognized and recommended because she caught my envision so quickly. All I had to do was show her a picture of what I was looking for, characteristics I definitely wanted in my dress, and my budget. Every single dress I tried on was phenomenal and absolutely stunning, and each time I tried on a different dress it became closer and closer to THE one! Jodi was reassuring, informative of the dresses in the store, and was honest in such a professional way! I cannot rave enough about my experience, I hope everyone else has the same experience as I did because every bride-to-be should feel the way I did in the boutique!

I went to a couple other bridal salons before making an appointment at The Dress, and they didn't even compare! The staff and service at The Dress is wonderful. Emily was my consultant, and she pulled dresses that were exactly what I had been looking for! She made me feel so comfortable, and I ended up liking every single dress I tried on! Their selection is wonderful!! I left knowing which dress I wanted, but didn't want to say YES until my sister saw it. We were able to go back with my sister/MOH and put it on again and got a champagne toast when I finally said YES. Emily helped me find a veil, and the staff was wonderful in helping my mom and me buy some extra lace that is found on my dress to create a custom lace veil. The dress came in on time with no issues. Though they do not offer alterations in their quaint boutique, they give recommendations for excellent seamstresses (who I have already started working with). They also have beautiful accessories in their shop... I think I might be going back and getting a jeweled hair piece! :) I simply cannot say enough about The Dress! Good job ladies!!

We were greeted with champagne, offered a variety of coffee, tea, beverages, etc. What I like about The Dress is you work with your consultant on what you like, and your budget and she will pull the dresses for you. All of their dresses were beautiful, but it was when she pulled my Casablanca gown I knew that was the one! It was great because that designer happened to have a trunk show that day so I got 15% off my gown (yay!) My dress came in perfect time, and looked great. The girls who work there know how to add that extra special touch. Definitely go there!

I found my Martina Liana at The Dress and let me tell you- I went to one other shop after my appointment and didn't last 10 minutes in there. My consultant at The Dress, Laine, was so helpful, patient and kind that based on customer service alone I wouldn't shop anywhere else. I went dress shopping at probably 6 different places before finding The Dress, and once I was there, Jodi helped me find my dream wedding gown within the first half hour! She was patient, helpful, and took time to completely understand what I was looking for before finding me several gorgeous gowns to try on. The boutique is COMPLETELY adorable, with cupcakes and champagne upon finding a wedding dress to boot. The dressing rooms and truly rooms and are big enough to fit your crew of ladies who want to be there during your appointment. The dresses at the Dress are stunning, reasonably priced, and the selection is huge! Since buying my dress here, I have recommended it to all of my friends, and I have had SO many friends find their dream gowns here. Completely beautiful and incredible service - this boutique cannot be beat!

Prior to shopping for a wedding dress, the only "fancy" dress I ever went shopping for was a prom dress and that was a pretty terrible experience for me so I was pretty nervous about shopping for a wedding dress. I went to a different bridal shop prior to The Dress and was certain I had found "the one" but had an appointment made already so I decided to go to The Dress anyway and I am so glad I did! The girls there truly made you feel like their only client with how outstanding their customer service was. Immediately after stepping in the doors, my nerves disappeared and I knew I was in a good place. They picked out a bunch of gowns for me to try on which I never would have picked out for myself, but I knew I had to trust the process. I ended up in a gown totally different from what I had always envisioned but as soon as I looked in the mirror I knew it was the one. One appointment, six dresses. That's all it took! Emily not only listened to what I said but used her experience and knowledge of the whole process to pick things I would have never imagined I could love so much! My dress was just stunning and unlike any others that I've seen. I had so many compliments and felt so comfortable that day! I was in a huge time crunch to get my dress and the staff was so friendly and fit me in right away. On top of that they helped me with so many other questions like what color the bridal party/groom should wear to match. They even sent me a small swatch from my dress to give to the tux company. I can't say enough good things about them, truly. You can sense the passion just walking into the store and it was an absolute joy and blessing to have been able to meet these girls and get my dress here!

LOVED The Dress!! This was the 4th bridal store I went to and it blew the others out of the water. From the moment I walked in I felt like the center of attention. My consultant was so completely in tuned to my opinions and was easily able to fine me THE DRESS! From the first dress I put on I could tell these dresses were a step above the rest. AMAZING! My experience at The Dress far exceeded my expectations! Setting up an appointment was so easy. I sent an email to Sara and heard back within one hour. She answered all of my questions beforehand in a very timely manner. My consultant was Emily and she was great! I felt completely at ease during my first visit. I did not have an idea of what I wanted and she happened to pull my dream dress on the first try! It was not even close to what I would have pictured myself in. Sara and Emily were very consultative and helpful. They did not make me feel any pressure to buy my dress on the first visit and I was relieved. I went to several other shops and they did not compare to The Dress. I returned for my second visit and was put back in my first dress, I knew it was the one. I said YES to my dream dress. That evening I had a minor freak out regarding the length of the dress, I had just ordered and I sent Sara a frantic email at 7PM, which she did respond to that night and set my mind at ease. If you are looking for a pleasant experience during one of the more stressful aspects of wedding planning, I highly recommend Sara and The Dress. You will not be disappointed!

There is no place other than The Dress to say yes to the dress! From the moment I walked in I felt so special and loved by the girls at The Dress. I had called ahead of time because I found the perfect Stella York dress online I had to have.. and to my luck, they had it! My appointment was so personal and my entire family felt welcome, as well. I had heard so many horror stories about brides who bought their dresses at big box stores...so I decided to try smaller stores first. So glad I did. The Dress is amazing. I was one of 2 girls trying on dresses that day and the ladies were so attentive. They offered their opinions and did not mind letting me trying what seemed like a million dresses. They have such a great selection and a lot of unique designs. Definitely the place to go if you've been looking at dresses on Pinterest :)

I purchased my wedding dress from The Dresss Bridal Boutique. I first found out about this shop while a bridesmaid for a friends wedding. We had the best experience then so I had to come for myself. The consultants were all very nice and professional. They really listened to what I was looking for and I found the dress of my dreams. There were a few things I wanted to change about the dress and they made it happen. I received sketches of my changed dress from the designer. I got exactly what I wanted. The bride and her guests got a private changing room and showing area. Which made the gathering more private and intimate. Then we enjoyed a glass of champagne to toast saying, "yes to the dress."

Sara opened the shop up for me on a non business day because I was coming from out of town. I had already been to 2 horrible dress appointments at other places and was so amazed at how wonderful this place was. They had the most beautiful gowns. Sara was awesome and not pushy at all. She was very helpful and accommodating. While trying on gowns I was worried about the price because they looked like such expensive gowns but at one point she mentioned she was showing me the most expensive gown yet and it was only $1599 (a little over my price range). Everything was wonderful. It was such an amazing experience. She made me feel right at home and very comfortable. I highly recommend this store.

My future mother and law and I stopped in here on a whim one day in late July. They didn't really have time to help me too much since I didn't have an appointment, but they did direct me to what I was looking for and allowed me to try on some dresses. It so happens that while I was there, I found the dress! We made an appointment to return with my dad, my MOH, and my future sister in law this past weekend to confirm, and I got a better deal on my dress than I could have ever anticipated!! The atmosphere is friendly and warm, the owner is a sweetheart and she really runs a great little boutique. For someone who doesn't even like to shop, I have to say, working with The Dress has probably been my most favorite part of the wedding planning so far! One would be very wise to check this place out!

I had an incredible experience at The Dress. I visited The Dress as my first bridal appointment with my whole crew. My consultant, Kristina, took very very good care of me and made sure I tried on dresses according to the style I explained to her. I did end up picking a dress and we had a great day! My story doesn't quite end there. Because my dress was the very first aspect of the wedding that was decided on, when my dress finally came in I decided that it didn't really fit with the wedding anymore. Sara (the owner) was so great to help me find another dress that matched perfectly with my day, and so so SO patient with me. The consultants at The Dress spent countless hours with me, and gave me great feedback and ultimately, I could not have picked out my dress without them. And I would suggest that all brides in NEOhio check them out!

I was able to find my dream dress because of Sara from The Dress! She took the time to educate me on all of the available options her dresses had. You don't see that in many (if any) boutiques. I appreciated that Sara did not rush me or pressure me to purchase a dress. She helped me understand the style that looked best for me. After shopping around, I knew that my Stella York gown was just for me! When I said "Yes to the Dress", Sara made it extra special by popping champagne! I also ordered my veil from The Dress, and Sara helped me customize it so that I would look perfect for the big day! It was gorgeous!
I also love how The Dress keeps their Brides to Be close to their heart with their Wedding Board on the wall of their store. It truly makes you feel like a special bride! I have and will continue to recommend The Dress to all brides to be!

I had heard that a Sorority Sister From The University of Toledo had opened a bridal boutique in Medina. When I got engaged I wanted to check it out. I am from Medina, and I absolutely love our historic square area where The Dress Bridal Boutique is located. The location and the boutique itself has an ambiance I instantly identified with.

I went into The Dress Bridal Boutique to try on dresses for the first time. I had only been engaged for about a week. I had no idea I would have such great service and fun! My consultant brought me seven dresses that where exactly what I had described - romantic, sparkly, lace, a vintage feel, and in a variety of shapes since I had no idea what would look good on me. I had THE MOMENT when I tried on a Casablanca Bridal dress that was my consultant's "wild card pick." It was everything I wanted in a glorious never before seen way. When they glammed me out with the veil and earrings, It brought my mother, my aunt, and I to tears. I said "YES" without hesitation. Then we celebrated with champagne.

I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE at The Dress Bridal Boutique! I would recommend it to anyone!!

My experience at The Dress was incredible! I scheduled an appointment at their boutique because I fell in love with a dress online and they were the closest shop that had the dress. It was visiting in a Trunk Sale and Sarah (the owner) let me try it on as well as found a handful of other beautiful dresses for me to try. She listened to my taste and was very affirming during the appointment. My mom was out of town that weekend, so Sarah arranged for my mom to come the following weekend to see the dress. Her staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. They make your experience so special and even give you a champagne toast when you "say yes to the dress!" I chose the dress from the Trunk Sale that initially led me to the boutique. It was perfect for my summer wedding! I highly recommend The Dress and their friendly staff!

Wow. I don't even know where to start describing my experience with The Dress! When we walked in, we thought we might buy my wedding dress that day, but we weren't set on finding it that day.

Kristina, my consultant, greeted us, and immediately ushered us back to our beautiful room. I LOVED that the rooms were private enough so that I could show dresses to my mom, even if they didn't fit great or I wasn't loving them. Each dressing room had an area for your entourage to wait and a pedestal for you to display the gorgeous gowns, and then a dressing room for the bride. My mom was quite a fan of the cupcakes sitting on the table :) The decor was so beautiful! It made me feel like I was royalty trying on the gowns.

Kristina pulled a few gowns for us to try, and she continued to pull gowns as she got our ideas and visions narrowed down. She was so attentive to what I was liking and not liking, and she pulled my dream dress after trying on about 5 dresses. I went back to my "maybe" pile, and Kristina was quick to add the veil when I requested to see the "full package" all together. She actually said she wouldn't let us leave until we had seen the full picture altogether, which made us feel great and appreciated as customers making a big decision! Once we found the dress (and cried, of course), we were able to go to the front of the store to check out the dress in the natural light, and the ordering process was a breeze. Of course, Kristina also made sure to put me back up on the pedestal to ask me the official question: "Are you saying yes to the dress?" She brought out the champagne when we excitedly said yes!

Thank you, Kristina and The Dress Gals, for making my experience so incredible. I share your salon and my experience with everyone I know, and I look forward to bringing my gals to your store this summer for bridesmaid gowns.

I had an excellent experience at The Dress, and would recommend this boutique to anyone. The girls there are so friendly and helpful, the dresses are beautiful and reasonably priced and the experience was one for the books. I did shop around the Cleveland area, and tried so many dresses that I lost count, but I did not find all of the above anywhere else other than The Dress. I felt zero pressure from Kristina (even though we both knew it was the one!) to purchase the dress. She understood my reasoning for going out and looking around, and she would be there if and when I wanted to come back. Making appointments is super easy and there is no pressure or reason to feel rushed. Plus the champagne toast is a plus when you say "Yes!"

Before going to The Dress I had been to your typical large scale dress stores and had mediocre experiences (and that's being generous). The Dress provides an experience that no one else can. My grandmother who uses a walker came to my appointment with me, along with my mom and one of my bridesmaids. The ladies at The Dress were so kind and helpful to my grandmother and made her comfortable. The atmosphere and feel of the shop alone is enough for a delightful experience, not to mention the mini celebration after finding "the dress". I cannot wait to wear my dress on my wedding day!! I seriously cannot say enough about The Dress. First of all, Sara personally owns the boutique, and that might explain why she not only had the BEST selection of dresses but also gave me the celeb treatment -- I felt like I was her only client. My mom and I went ALL over Cleveland to ensure I found the perfect dress (even to boutiques where dresses were way out of my budget -- I still had to try and see them). EVERYWHERE we went, we found dresses that were nice, but we kept comparing the my dress at The Dress and they just didn't compare. Her selection really helped me customize my dress as well, because I was able to add some sparkle and glitz to my gown thanks to her knowledge by suggesting I have it sewn in. And I wanted the bottom of my dress to be poofier and she found a way to make that happen as well. It feels like I had a dress that was custom made for my taste, style, and wedding. Not to mention, she said, "Are you saying yes to the dress?" and then made me say aloud, "I am saying Yes to this dress!" and she brought out champagne for my mom, mother-in-law to be, and myself to toast to. I loved everything about The Dress! I was so happy to buy my dress from a cute shop in the town I grew up in. Laine helped me find my dress, and she couldn't have been better. She did a great job understanding what I wanted, and giving her opinion when I needed it. Whenever I had a question about my order, fitting, etc. they quickly responded to calls/emails. You won't regret a trip to The Dress. :)

I visited The Dress with just my mother and it turned out to be the first and only place I shopped for my wedding dress. I wanted a dress that was unique and truly suited me for my wedding in Niagara Falls. I didn't really have a set idea of what style I wanted but I did have a price range in mind. Don't think The Dress only carries "expensive boutique-y". They had a great selection of gowns for every price point and a stunning selection of styles and designers for the amount of space that they have in the store. My consultant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they had in stock. When I put my dress on I knew I didn't need to look anywhere else. Everyone was extremely communicative about when my dress was coming in and they even helped me find a FABULOUS tailor. I would highly recommend taking a look at The Dress when it comes time to shop for your wedding dress.

I can't recommend The Dress highly enough!! The staff is so friendly and helpful and provide a very personalized shopping and dress buying experience. I even had a major mix-up with my bridesmaids dresses that I ordered from a different shop and Sara (the owner) was amazing in helping me locate alternative bmaid dresses 2 weeks before my wedding. She and everyone else is so great, it's like family!

Sara opened the shop on Sunday so I could try on a Stella York gown from the Trunk Show before they send the dresses back to the company. I am older and wanted a gown for my anniversary both Sara and Brittany were wonderful. It's hard being older and trying on gowns that are made for 20 year olds. But they were respectful and so much fun. I didn't purchase that gown that day as I was unsure of when we were going to have our celebration and the venue. But, when I do decide to buy my dream gown I'll go there first. We have decided to do our 45th wedding anniversary on 4/7/17 as that is our anniversary date. So I will be back. I would recommend them to anyone. Start there first.

After going to David's Bridal 2 or 3 times I was ready to start looking at other places. I first happened to drive by the cute boutique one day, and went home and I read all the positive reviews for The Dress and decided to check it out. The staff is very nice and welcoming. I picked out a handful of dresses and the second dress I tried on it was the one! Without a doubt I had the feeling every bride to be wants to have when she finds her dress. I also bought a beautiful rhinestone sash for my dress there. I got an enormous amount of compliments on my dress. People still talk about how gorgeous it was! When I found my dress they brought out champagne and took a group shot of me with my family and friends I brought along. I highly recommend checking this boutique out when shopping for a wedding dress.

I went to a lot of bridal stores, and none compare to The Dress. Sara and her team have created such a friendly and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and very relaxed while shopping for your dream dress. The one on one attention you get from your consultant is so special, you really get that “say yes to dress” TV experience of finding a dress. All brides deserve the same experience I had so I highly recommending making an appointment and checking them out.

The team at The Dress are wonderful! Everytime I visited, with family or friends, they were great! I tried on lots of gowns and even purchased my veil and sash here. I also had a bussle placed, that was wonderful! I have nothing but great things to say about The Dress, go check um out!!!

There are not enough good things to say about The Dress Bridal Boutique! I have been all over Ohio at different bridal stores and this boutique is by far my favorite. The staff is patient, attentive, positive and overall wonderful. I picked out several dresses and started trying them on. After the first few Laine could tell if I liked the dress before I even knew if I liked the dress. If you are looking for your wedding dress go here! The dress sets the tone for the entire event. Sara helped me find "the one" and it was so much fun! From champagne toasts to hosting all 6 of my bridesmaids dress search, the staff was amazing. The store is beautiful and there are so many nice personal touches that you start to feel like family. Joy, the new alteration specialists was amazing! She managed to reconstruct my dress beautifully, was easy to schedule fittings and took great care of me. My girls and I looked great!

My wedding dress and all of my maids dresses were from The Dress and they were all stunning! I got so many compliments on all of them and couldn't be happier with the service, quality and staff at the boutique. I went in thinking I was looking for a certain type of dress and walked out with the complete opposite...Laine pulled a few dresses I didn't think I could pull off and when I put them on, I felt amazing. They really know what they're doing in there and really make you feel like a bride. If you're looking to find a classy and elegant gown that NO ONE else will be wearing, then you need to go to The Dress and see Sara and Laine!

Thank you for all your help with my beautiful wedding dress. As soon as I walked through the door Laine suggested a dress according to my figure and what I was looking for and I found it at my first visit. They have new models arriving often and a few designers you wouldn't find at any other boutique around the area. After going to different places, this was my best experience. Laine and the rest of the staff are just great to work with, always smiling, relax and friendly. My hour and a half drive was worth every time.

The Dress Bridal Boutique was an awesome experience! I looked all over for this one of a kind dress that I saw in a magazine and this was the only place that carried this brand in Cleveland! It was the first dress that I tried on and I fell completely in love with it! Sarah was wonderful as was her staff- Kelley, the dress alterations and Brianna- so helpful and flexible! After going to overwhelming/chaotic bridal stores, The Dress provided a more one-on-one and classy experience! Thank you for making my dress a huge hit and my big day a storybook wedding :)

I fell in love with a dress found at The Dress Bridal Boutique and another nearby bridal shop. I chose to purchase my dress from The Dress simply because of their commitment to making wedding dress shopping a breeze. I never felt pressured at The Dress and was completely taken care of from the moment I walked in up to my wedding day. I was able to order the dress in my preferred size and wasn't pushed to "order bigger" and then pay a fortune in alterations. The boutique was very trendy and offered a large variety of dresses. Loved it!

I live in Medina, so after my engagement, I would drive by The Dress and see beautiful gowns in their display windows every day. When it finally came time to shop for "The Dress" I couldn't wait to go! Sarah was so helpful and made great suggestions on dresses for me to try. We were there much longer than we probably should have been (I'm very indecisive), but she didn't care. She actually selected a dress for me to try on (which I completely overlooked) and it ended up being THE ONE. Of course, I can't make a decision that easily, so I shopped around. I went to several other bridal boutiques, but always came back to The Dress. The small boutique feel combined with the fantastic staff and beautiful but affordable gowns, just couldn't be beat. I am so glad I chose to get my wedding gown from The Dress. I would highly recommend this bridal gown boutique to ANYONE!

Sara and her staff were awesome. No worries at all and they always remembered that I was the bride. The seamstress even opened the store for me on Sundays for fittings. They have a beautifil selection that caters to women in all shapes and sizes. I felt like a queen and knew that they were professionals but at the same time they were down to earth enough to understand my nerves and concerns. I had an awesome experience and a gorgeous wedding gown!

One of the things I first noticed about Sara's shop were the words of encouragement written on the chalk board in one of her changing rooms. It says, "You look wonderful!" I was particularly touched by this because I know what it is to be a woman and know how far a compliment like that can go, especially when shopping for a wedding dress.
Sara actually picked out the dress I chose for my wedding. She has great communication and listening skills. When I first arrived at her shop, she had a selection of dresses waiting for me in the changing room based on what I had said I liked. She was right on! Sara definitely has answered her calling in that she was able to look at my shape, pick out a dress that was very different from the dress I originally said I had wanted, and I ended up LOVING it! It was more beautiful and wonderful than I could have ever imagined.
Sara is kind, honest and a great communicator. Your day can only be enhanced once she is on your team for the wedding.
Something I'd like to add is the fact that the other gals at the Dress (the Brittanys) are very kind and attentive. Everyone at the Dress truly wants to make your experience the best. If you need an alteration, not to worry! Kelly is the seamstress at the Dress and she is beyond talented! She can transform the look of your dress and make it a million times better (shocking, I know. The selection at the shop is superb. It is seemingly impossible to imagine that it could get any better)! The dress I wore for my wedding was stunning prior to alterations, however, I was in love with a sweetheart neckline and the dress was not originally designed with one. A nip and tuck later.. VIOLA! My advice is to save yourself a headache and pop into The Dress. I promise you, you're dress is waiting for you to find her at Sara's shop.
