The Chair Couture is a rental company for sophisticated linens
and chair covers.  We believe that elegance should not have to be
exorbitant. Our goal is to provide you service with integrity, value and
excellent quality. We will constantly seek newer and surpassing designs
to help our clients create the look that they have envisioned.

Over the years of attending and planning weddings/special events, we
have always wondered how we can help others achieve the look that
they want on their special day without breaking the bank and relieving
some stress.  After many months of discovering and inquiring from
different vendors, we are able to offer luxury at an affordable price.  Our
service includes delivery, set-up and removal.  There are no hidden
charges.     

Call us for a personal consultation. Our creative staff will provide free
demonstrations at a suitably convenient location.  Hours of operation
starts at 7:30 am until 10:00 pm. We look forward to working with you

1. Is the delivery and set up included with your package?

There is no delivery charge or set up fee charges unless the hall is beyond 40 miles from the home office or if the venue is located in the downtown area of chicago.

2.  What is the deposit fee?

We take 50 percent of the minimum count and payments are accepted in checks, money order or cash.

3. Do i have to decide on the color on the time I sign the contract?

NO you do not.  But if you do decide on  the color on the time you sign up, you have 10 weeks before the wedding to change your color. 

4.  When you do come and set up the covers?

We will call the hall  on the week of the wedding to find out the set up time and then we would notify you ( as a client) what time we will get there.

5.  If my count goes below the minimum, am i liable to pay for that?

No you are not.  Clients are only responsible to pay for total  number of guests  even if the count goes below or above the maximum.
