    Worst business people I've dealt with

    DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. This was a horrifying experience. This vendor offered a competitive price, so I've rented tables, chairs, a luxury restroom trailer, and some other items for my wedding. Boy, I paid way more with my time and mental anguish. Their average response time to my emails was about 1-2 weeks. After following up with emails & voicemails, I always got a response they were out of town or sick or in the process of moving (for 7 months?). I was trying to be understanding, and even tried to give them more business, but they were so unorganized and it became so difficult to communicate, I ended up using other vendors/buying supplies.

    On the wedding week when EVERY vendor gave us the confirmation of items/drop off/pick up timeline, they refused to narrow down on a day/time slots. Considering we were working with 6-7 other vendors and the timeline had to line up, this was disastrous. The restroom vendor we contracted through PS Funtime called us directly out of frustration saying they couldn't get any confirmation from PS Funtime.

    Drop-off was a joke. All 80 chairs were individually wrapped in plastic etc. It took them several hours (!!) to unload and set up tables and chairs which messed up the rest of the loading/set up process. After wedding, they were still the only vendor which didn't specify the pick up time window. They showed up really early in the morning for pick up and didn't pick up a cooler. My husband and I had to drive 1.5 hour to return the cooler the day after wedding when we had million things to do before taking off to honeymoon. Not to mention they gave us a wrong address and wasted additional 30 minutes. When called and complained, Heather or Stacie (they were both awful to deal with) responded with audacity. We delivered the contract, didn't we?

    From my perspective, this vendor may be just okay for a small backyard parties, or children's birthday party. I don't think they have the necessary management skills /organization/ staffing to launch themselves as a wedding vendor. Planning a wedding can be a stressful process. While we were so blessed with the rest of our super professional vendors, this vendor really created a lot of unnecessary stress and conflicts. I would not recommend this vendor to my worst enemy.

    I'm sorry to hear a year later that you had such a difficult time. I wish you had contacted us to discuss. Of course, there are 2 sides to every story... given your review we will at least try to address some points here as this is where you brought your opinions to light. Thank you for the opportunity to respond, learn and address.

    The wrapped chairs were because they were NEW for your event. We agree they shouldn't have been unwrapped at your location (it was a loading error). However, we had directed the workers to send you the new ones so you had pristine equipment. Sorry that happened but it was because we were actually going above to be sure you got the best.

    Regarding the early return on the next day, it was so we could be gone in case your tent vendor needed to remove the tent. It’s hard to do when the tables and chairs are still in the way and we were not told when they were coming. We were actually not given any other vendor time-lines so this was our attempt to be out of the way of anyone else you had arranged. The only information we had to go on was that you requested delivery of day prior (achieved) and our normal delivery window is 4 hours which we allowed you to determine ( 8- 12) . We offer a 2 day rental or scheduled delivery time that can be added to orders for added peace of mind. Neither option was chosen but we made it work out and accommodated your request. – It’s like a car you can’t drive it if someone else has it rented.

    From our notes the cooler was at a different house and not present at pick up. The only message we have from you about the cooler return is a message "Hi are you open today? We need to return a cooler" and that was via text. I would imagine given that you were leaving town we could have accommodated a return by someone else or another date. We do have 2 addresses in the same complex per review of the text messages we gave both but they are 4 doors apart and we even sent photos. We were present at both locations during when you were attempting to return.

    Regarding the restroom, the day that our vendor reached out to us with placement questions we were in Covid quarantine (from school) and when asked we were not at the office. So to be efficient when they offered to reach out directly we responded yes, please do. We always provide the restroom company all the contact information. This isn’t an unusual practice, and we are transparent that we do not own them only help with them.

    Regarding our moving and disorganization – yes we were moving and have had to move 3 times in 2 years due to space issues (not enough) and landlords selling our building. So it’s true we had some lapses and we do not deny that. It wasn’t intentional to cause you stress and it wasn’t convenient for us either. We show 6 estimates in the system so we did go back and forth several times. We can apologize for delays that were caused from either us moving or perhaps not understanding your planning needs better. We always had everything on hold for you from the 1st estimate until the final confirmation was issued.

    We do thank you for the feedback we will try to learn from what you brought forward here and apologize that we caused you such anguish. We don't know how to further respond except to say we are sorry you feel so negatively and wish could rewrite this story for you but we can only move forward and to the best for someone else having learned from your observations.

    FOR REFERENCE ~~ This is the information we had included on the confirmation for your event. On here the options of an extended rental for guaranteed day prior delivery and/or a one hour scheduled delivery were not chosen but yet we did still accommodate with NO additional fees. ~~

    ***Client will arrange a 4 hour delivery/pick up window that works for both parties. Delivery will be
    set for AFTER tent is in place and pick up will be BEFORE tent is removed. Restroom being the
    exception.***
    ***This is a one day rental for use on 9/4/2021. So delivery for your items is promised for delivery day
    of your event 9/4/2021. We understand that because your event is a wedding and that you
    would like delivery of these items day prior on 9/3/2021 (and we will do our best to accommodate
    for this date), however, IF table and chair rentals get booked and are in use for another event on
    9/3/2021, we will need to revert back to delivery morning of your event between 8AM-12PM or later
    arrival window depending on location of items. To guarantee a 9/3/2021 delivery date, it is suggested
    that you increase your reservation to a two day rental.***
