Odyssey Group was the perfect choice and would highly recommend them to anyone having an outdoor wedding. We had our ceremony and reception at my dad's home and didn't want all of our guests going in and out of his house all day and night, so Odyssey was recommended to us by a friend and I'm glad I made that phone call. Their customer service was excellent from first contact to delivery and pickup. We received so many compliments from our guests on how luxurious the facilities were. Their receptionist suck! They don't remember anything, they all play stupid. I called them telling them to call a specific number when they were going to come out to do the weekly cleaning service and to let me know a head off time so I could have the drive way clear for their driver and she claimed she took notes but when it came to it there was no notes, no record of my call. The driver showed up and ended up leaving because no one called the right number since the one in the contract was wrong! I told them I had made it clear of the correct number to call and they said well we can get someone out but you have to pay for them to come out again. This makes no sense since they messed up. After going back and forth they said they would do a one time exception and remove the free, still not accepting they messed up. On the last cleaning service the driver hit my neighbors fence. I sent pictures of the damage fence, they sent out a guy to look at it and he said it would get fixed. I messaged them 3 months later asking for an update and they said ohhh yea you're on the list. What list?! It's been a year and they never came out to fix it! They collected their money and didn't cared to fix the fence and now there's no communication from them. Do not work with them, they don't own up to anything wrong they do, why would anyone hire a company that damages property and doesn't care to fix it
