My linens turned out beautiful except for the fact that they only sent 100 napkins and I had paid for 160. When I walked into our reception hall and saw that every other napkin was cream colored (thanks to our reception hall those people actually had napkins) in our black and fuschia colored wedding I was very upset. After all the planning and money spent on linens and having the order confirmed only days before the wedding I couldn't believe that they did this. Luckily, the people at the reception hall were quick and on top of the matter and made sure the napkin situation looked at least half way descent and were very apologetic eventhough it was not at all their fault. I've called and will hopefully be getting refunded for the 60 napkins that I paid for, but were not there. Overall, though the staff was polite and helpful every single time I called over there before and after the wedding.
