When we started planning our wedding in the spring of 2019, we had no idea what the world would look like in 2020. What was originally an order to rent some chairs ended up changing numerous times, requiring different quotes and invoices, before landing on our final order, which ended up involving much more than we originally had in mind. Step It Up was always accommodating with these requests, never making it feel as though we were being too demanding or tiresome in our needs. Not only was the quality of the rental equipment amazing, but their flexibility allowed for us to create an event that was safe and practical. When I called the week of our wedding wondering if early delivery was possible, they made it happen, at no extra cost to us. The folks who delivered and set up everything were kind and professional. With everything involved in our constantly changing 2020 wedding, the Step It Up team was always understanding and reliable. We were so lucky to work with them.

Great rental company! I rented the wooden cross back chairs for a small wedding at home. The chairs were beautiful, affordable, and fit our decor perfectly. We had them delivered and picked up which made it so much easier to rent. Communication was also fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental company!

Great Products at a great price! We used The Nice Garden Chairs for our wedding. They were pretty, Comfortable, and He delivered them on time. However, I did have a lot of difficulty getting in communicating with the Owner, Dan. He did not return phone calls, emails, or text messages. The only way I could get him to respond to me questions and messages was via facebook messenger. It was difficult to plan and organize thing with a lack of communication. If you are willing to be patient with the lack of communication, They do provide great products at a great rate.
