Frequently Asked Questions for Flowers & Decor
What type of decor (if any) do you offer?
I have a special program I call my 'Reduce, Reuse, Recycle program.' This program offers a variety of rental items including glassware, stoneware, etc that help brides stay on track with their budgets while being green friendly at the same time.

Do you provide non-floral additions to floral arrangements?
To me decor is more than just flowers. I like to be creative and think outside the box. Using items like candles, found objects, stationary motifs, fabrics, etc. allows us to create a look that is truly unique and specific for your special day.

Do you offer full-services, such as wedding day setup, for an additional fee?
As a floral/event designer all my services include day of set-up. That said many brides need a little extra help. If you fall into this category, I can help you through a variety of coordination services ranging from hourly day-of coordination to full service start to finish wedding coordination. My hourly rate begins at $100/hour for coordination services and packages are also available.

Di you have not worked at the ceremony or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event?
I LOVE working at new sites. To me working with new people and places is a bit like having a blank canvas with a whole array of unique options to explore. It's fun; it's challenging; but most of all it's something I welcome.

Do you offer flower preservation services?
I myself do not offer flower preservation services. That said, I will be happy to help coordinate bouquet/flower preservation via a reliable third party vendor.

Do you offer any other specializations that have not been covered?
In addition to floral design and event coordination, I'm happy to help coordinate other visual elements such as seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, guest favors, and a variety of other options.

Frequently Asked Questions for Wedding Planning
What wedding planning services do you offer?
Day-of Coordinator, Full Planning, Partial Planning

How many planners do you work with?
I believe in personalized one-on-one attention and therefore I limit the number of clients I book so that I can handle each event on my own. On occasion I have an assistant that works along side me, but all my clients can rest assured that I will be their primary everyday contact.

What style of wedding do you specialize in planning?
rather than specializing in a single style, I prefer to offer a range of style that cater to each individual client or brides needs. I've done everything from shabby chic to elegant traditional. The only limit to what we can do are the parameters of imagination!

Do you support or cater to any specific religions?
No. While I am a Christian myself, I have attended and been a part of a whole variety of religious ceremonies and occasions.

What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past?
On average the weddings I've coordinated and designed have ranged from about 125 to 250 people.

Which venues have you worked at or are familiar with?
I have worked at Salish Lodge, Herban Feast, The Canal, The Seattle Yacht Club, The Newcastle Golf Club, Willows Lodge, ACT Theater, Hall Winery in Napa, The Woodmark Hotel, etc.
