Diadem Flower Co. creates thoughtful, seasonal wedding flowers through a simpler, more transparent process. Rather than starting with a custom proposal from a blank page, couples select from a carefully developed floral menu designed to make planning easier while maintaining the same commitment to beautiful, intentional design.
Led by florist and artist Colleen Raney, Diadem's work is rooted in strong design principles, seasonal materials, and a belief that wedding flowers should feel personal without becoming overwhelming. Each arrangement is designed in your chosen color palette using seasonally available flowers, with opportunities for customization when needed.
Sustainability remains at the heart of our work. We prioritize local and seasonal blooms whenever possible, source responsibly, and use design techniques that minimize waste. The result is a wedding flower experience that is approachable, thoughtfully designed, and grounded in the belief that beauty doesn't have to be complicated.

I can’t speak highly enough of Colleen and her crew and what she was able to transform my wedding into. We were across the country so we had to meet only virtually with her and sent some Pinterest inspiration along with the colors of our bridesmaids dresses. She was honest, understanding, and quick to respond to any changes or questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about local plants and what would work with our wedding theme. When we finally got to meet her and see our outdoor rented wedding set up it was beyond what we could have even imagine. She included everything we wanted and then some. It was perfect and she came early the next day to take everything down. I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone any more highly.

I would give Colleen 10 stars if I could!
I would give Colleen 10 stars if I could! She was so wonderful to work with. She really got to know me and my partner, took the time to understand our vision and ideas (and sift through the many notes and Pinterest boards I shared), and helped us create the perfect floral design. Colleen was incredibly responsive, flexible, and paid very close attention to detail. She also put together multiple proposals for us with many different options and price points that fit in our budget. And the finished product was even better than I could have imagined! As an added bonus, she grows all of the flowers herself at her flower farm!

Top Vendor with gorgeous, unique flowers
Colleen 100% delivered on everything I imagined for our wedding. I approached her almost a year in advance with a few ideas, and she was flexible and worked with me to develop a perfect floral vision for the ceremony, bridal bouquet, and reception flowers. I also loved that all her flowers are local and many come directly from her own garden in Mount Vernon, including the absolutely stunning array of dahlias at our wedding. After looking at a few vendors, I was also appreciative of her transparent pricing so I could stay within my original budget. I would highly recommend working with Colleen to any friend getting married in Seattle!

Amazing, Amazing, AMAZING!
I STILL can't get over how talented Colleen & her team are when it comes to florals. When I first saw my bridal bouquet, I seriously could not stop talking about it. I immediately texted Colleen saying how these florals exceeded my expectations & wildest dreams. I gave full creativity to Colleen, I sent her some inspo pictures & really wanted a dark/moody bouquet. And she went over the top! The pictures don't do it justice, but truly this is one of my favorite parts of the day. I recommend Diadem to everyone! Thank you Colleen for making my moody wedding dreams come true! :)

My favorite vendor
Colleen is, without a doubt, the best vendor I worked with for my wedding. She is easy to work with, very generous with her time and emotional intelligence/energy, and creates beautiful designs. I believe every single guest at our wedding complimented the flowers - no exaggeration. We kept things “pretty simple” with florals, but that is the very last word I would use to describe what Colleen designed for us. Because of the late frost in Maine this year, we were lucky to get flowers entirely from Colleen’s farm, which was super special. Another reason I loved working with Colleen, is that she is very eco-focused - something important to us. She works tirelessly to promote sustainable floral design and farming practices, and the results are incredible. I still think about my wedding florals daily, and you will too if you work with Colleen!

Beautiful Flowers!!
Colleen was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We didn’t want to spend tons of money and she was so accommodating about what we could fit in our budget. The bouquets were gorgeous and her customer service was outstanding. Strongly recommend!!!

She will make wedding magic!
It is difficult to convey how incredible Colleen is. She understood my vision and worked with me on achieving it. Our flowers were even more perfect than I ever could I have dreamed. She managed to find a way to include everything I wanted. In particular lilacs are very meaningful to me and to my family. I knew it was long shot having them in June but she worked some sort of magic and was able to make my dreams come true. Her kindness, support and humor went a long way through planning, postponing and finally getting to have our perfect wedding. She made me literally the most magical bouquet with everything I wanted. It meant so much to me to have those particular flowers with me on my wedding day. If you want an incredible person to make your floral dreams come true. This is your person.

Quality, local, well-designed for lots of different budgets
If you're like me, your wedding is probably the first big event you've ever planned! I had no idea what I was doing but Colleen walked me through lots of options from just picking up some bouquets and buckets of flowers all the way up to a few installations. We decided on a middle-of-the-road option with personals and a few installations but left the table arrangements up to my aunts, girlfriends, and mother-in-law. Everything was beautiful, colorful, and--best of all-- came from local farmers or Colleen's own flower farm.
Bonus: she has two hysterical cats and a husband who has a coffee roasting business so you're likely to end up with new friends along with your gorgeous wedding flowers!

Beautiful Work and Great People!
It was such a pleasure to work with Colleen, and she did such an amazing job creating beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and a few other pieces (such as a floral hair comb). Not only does she have wonderful taste, she is also such a delight as a person--friendly, personable, and very charming, her designs reflect her personality: wonderfully fun. I can't recommend her enough. I loved my bridal bouquet so much that I pressed the flowers and have hung them in a glass frame--they're too pretty to part with. If you're looking for someone who will take every aspect of you into consideration & then translate that into gorgeous pieces, Diadem Flower Co. is one of the best possible choices to make!
