Tarts and Truffles Cakes and Catering is located on the historic Wodstock Square in the Elks Lodge and provides custom cakes, sweet tables, pastries, hand dipped strawberries and edible cookie favors.  Using the finest ingredients, real butter, cream, and fruits we work with clients to design a cake for your  special occasion and strive to work within all budgets.  We cater both on and off site and offer a full menu from elegant sit down affairs to appetizers and dessert tables. Debra Mindham, the chef has over 20 years experience in the decorating business and is a formally trained pastry chef. She is are a member of ICES and attends annual seminars and conventions to learn the latest trends and techniques in pastry and cakes.
