Toni formerly served as the executive pastry chef at Chicago's Mayfair Regent Hotel and Ciel Bleu, where she perfected her craft, and she now specializes in custom-designed wedding cakes and desserts. Toni works directly with couples to learn their ideas and preferences, ensuring that she delivers a couple's dream dessert. The highlight of our wedding—best cake we’ve ever had!
We used Toni’s Patisserie & Cafe for our wedding cake, and to say it was the best cake we have ever had would be a massive understatement. It was truly incredible and absolutely everything we wanted for our big day.
Not only did it look stunning, but the taste was on another level. We actually had multiple guests come up to us during the reception specifically to ask where the cake was from. A few even asked if they could buy it for "everyday" eating because they loved it so much!
Beyond the cake itself, we absolutely loved working with Toni. She made the process so easy and special. If you want a cake that your guests will be talking about long after the wedding is over, look no further.

Obsessed with our cake - everyone loved the flavors!
Our cake was probably the best wedding cake anyone has ever had! People LOVED IT! We selected a three tier 6",8",10" cake with a smooth buttercream finish with lavender watercolor effect at the base of each cake. Flavors were White Buttermilk Cake with Custard Filling
and Vanilla Buttercream. (Fresh flowers added our florist.)
Toni and her team are professional and talented! Price was very reasonable compared to competition! The cake reminded me of moist European desserts, it wasnt bland or dry. it was PERFECT. We saved the top tier for our anniversary but I'm hoping to go back to the bakery soon and get myself a little sweet reminder! Thank you Toni!

Most beautiful wedding cake ever!
When we saw our wedding cake for the first time in person on our wedding day, we were absolutely stunned by how beautiful and elegant the cake looked! I looked at many photos of beautiful wedding cakes online for inspiration during the wedding planning process, but our wedding cake definitely took the cake (pun intended!). It was more beautiful than any cake I had ever seen! We ordered a four-tier cake decorated with vanilla buttercream in two flavors (vanilla sponge cake with lemon curd filling and chocolate sponge cake with chocolate mousse and raspberry preserves). Wedding cakes often taste bland and dry, but Toni Patisserie & Café made a wedding cake that was beautiful, delicious, and affordable! Prior to the reception, we noticed many guests taking photos of the cake, which was a testament to how elegant and striking the cake looked! The cake also received rave reviews from our guests and was extremely tasty. We highly recommend Toni Patisserie & Café for affordable and delicious wedding cakes and great service!

Beautiful and Delicious Cake
Toni is extremely talented and professional. It was a pleasure working with her. We had a vanilla Genoise sponge cake with lemon mousse & raspberry preserves filling AND
chocolate Genoise sponge cake with chocolate mousse and raspberry preserves, with vanilla buttercream frosting. It was so delicious! The cake was light but moist and delightful. She really nailed the design I wanted too. The whole process was very smooth without any hiccup and she was very communicative. I would highly recommend Toni to anyone.

I love Toni. Pure and Simple.
As a Chicago's Top 10 Wedding Planner, I know quite a bit about cake and where to go. We worked with Toni often with our brides and she always delivers, her cakes are delicious, and her team is the friendliest!
We had three flavored cake which were Strawberry Mango Mouse, White Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Raspberries and Crispy Pearls, and Creamy Matcha. Everyone was raving how unique and delicious they all were.
It was also a seven tier cake that towered above our dance floor. People could not believe their eyes. If you are looking for a Cake Artist who can deliver a cake as beautiful as it is tasty then look no further.

Amazing! Got so many compliments.
Toni was super sweet and helped us decide on flavors. The cheesecake cake was phenomenal. We received so many compliments. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful cake

Toni Patisserie provided the beautiful, delicious cake for my recent wedding in May. Our entire experience, from the tasting to the follow-up after the wedding, was so impressive. Toni is truly an expert pastry chef. There was a minor issue that the cafe resolved for us immediately. My now-husband and I can't wait to enjoy our cake again on our anniversary, and to go back to the cafe to enjoy pastries once in a while!
