Fantastic!

Engagement Cake Pops were the hit

These were the BEST for an engagement party. Everyone loved them and raved about how delicious they were. I loved that Pop A Cake was able to I corporate the white and gold theme colors to the cake pops. We opted for delivery and they arrived on time by the owner. We will definitely order from them again.

Great service and adorable products!

I recently ordered unicorn cake pops as a gift for a bereaved mother I am friends with to commemorate the 1 year anniversary of her daughter's passing. They turned out adorable and were exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely Perfect

I needed something wedding themed for the sweets table that wasn't going to kill my budget. Pop-a-cake was affordable, easy to work with, and absolutely delicious!!! Everybody loved them amd they were the 1st thing to go.

On top of that they were easy to communicate and were able to drop them off at the venue. I highly recommend them!!!!

Best Cake Pops & Treats!

Sophie worked with me to create the most adorable cake pops and chocolate covered oreos & pretzels for both our rehearsal dinner & big day! She was extremely helpful, answering and addressing all of my questions and concerns promptly.

We chose the bridal party cake pops (bride & groom with "guests) for our rehearsal dinner and an assortment of cake pops to match our winter wonderland theme.

The cake pops were absolutely scrumptious. Our guests raved about how gorgeous and tasty these cake pops were.

I'd recommend Pop-a-Cake to all couples looking to add beautiful and delicious treats to their big day.

Bad experience

Pops looked pretty but didn’t taste good. Last minute I got charged$50 shipping. I ordered 72 and received 60. When I asked for my refund for the 12 I didn’t receive I got the run around. I had to go to the bank to dispute the charge.

Never shipped paid order/ ghosted my inquiry

This vendor promptly answered my questions before I ordered and paid for 3 dozen cake pops for an upcoming wedding. When the cake pops failed to be delivered the owner refused my calls and did not respond to my emails nor my chat bot texts. What Pop-A-cake does deliver is horrible customer service as well as a very disappointing experience.

Poor shipping

Pops melted were not shipped correctly and company will not take responsibility for the mess up. They used ice packs not dry ice claimed the high humidity would not cause them to melt than sent me a picture saying it was my cake pops before being shipped meanwhile they were not my pops. Pictures were sent to them of the melted pops and were told it was not good enough. They will not correct there mistake at all. Customer service is horrible. Don't order if it's the summer or if your in a warmer state or your going to get melted pops. You also can't leave a bad review on there page cause they delete them.
