Exchange vows in our lovely garden gazebo, surrounded by lush floral landscape. Our gazebo lawn and garden can seat up to 125 guests for an intimate, sunlit ceremony.

Join us for your reception in the Palm & Fireside rooms above The Gardens of Avila Restaurant. Enjoy high vaulted ceilings, lovely natural light, and a crackling fireplace in our 1800 square foot banquet facility. A wood dance floor and mahogany bar are provided for your celebration.

Included in your package is the assistance of our professional on site coordinator, Trena Cadwell. Trena is available to assist you through your planning process, and is dedicated to help create the event you envision. The additional assistance provided by our on site coordinator will help ensure a harmonious Wedding Day, and memories you will cherish for a lifetime.

We are known for our lush, beautiful gazebo garden which is a gorgeous spot to exchange vows. We are also known for our wine country cuisine in our Gardens of Avila Restaurant which caters all events held on property.
 
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
It depends on the package and the event. We have a variety of options to fit everyone's specific needs.
 
Do you offer any special services?
We offer a lot of special services! All hotel guests have access to our daily yoga, Pilates and tai chi classes and guided hikes. We have a beautiful walking labyrinth and meditation gardens. Our Spa & Wellness Center offers exclusive massages, facials and body treatments.
 
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
We book the rehearsal dinners as banquets, we do not have a special package for them.
 
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We provide white wedding chairs and of course our romantic gazebo. We also have access to a lot of various items that brides often inquire about.
 
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Chairs, tables, linens, flatware, glassware, etc. are usually included in the package price. We have AV equipment available for rent as well as a dance floor and lighting.
 
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
15 guests to 1 staff member.
 
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No, but we do have to approve of the vendor before allowing their involvement.
 
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No, we do not charge an additional fee to bring your own musicians.
 
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Yes
 
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
The wedding party can bring in their own wine and champagne if arranged in advance with the on-site wedding coordinator. We do charge a small corkage fee.
 
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
Any decorating by outside parties may begin two hours prior to the event. Wall decorations are not permitted without prior approval. Rose petals, bubbles or birdseed may be used for the departure of the newlywed couple. No rice is permitted. Candles are permitted as long as they are enclosed by glass.
 
What restrictions (if any) on music?
Amplified music must end by 10:00 pm. Purchase of ten standard rooms in the Adventure building is required for evening receptions with amplified music.

Additional Questions and Answers
All receptions have a minimum food and beverage order of $32.00 per person.
All rates, services and fees are subject to a taxable 20% service charge and all appropriate local taxes.
Ceremony must conclude before dark.
Ceremonies in the Ceremony Only Package must commence between 11:30 am-12:30 pm.
Persons under 21 will not be served or allowed to consume alcohol.
A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date with a signed contract.
Six months prior to your event 50% of the final payment is due.
One month prior to your event menu selections must be finalized. 
Ten days prior to your event, final guarantee guest count and final payment are due.
