I began designing cakes as a hobby. I've learned techniques from the best such as Duff Goldman, Elisa Strauss and Bronwen Weber.

As requests for my cakes, cookies and cupcakes increased, I decided to make my hobby a part-time job. Creating art from delicious cake and all things sugar has been an exciting and creative outlet. It puts both my Bachelors degree in design and my creativity to work.
