Skyla Arts by Elizabeth Chang is located in the Bay Area and strives to provide makeup, hair and skincare services satisfies the client 100%! I am also a licensed esthetician, so I only use the best professional products tailored to the individual's skin type and condition.  My philosophy regarding beauty is as long as the client feels comfortable with how they look, then they ARE beautiful. I like to enhance the person's best features, and not make them look like someone else. I am open-minded, friendly, and enjoy the one-on-one space and attention I provide my clients.
