For all of your liquor catering needs remember that all caterers must be licensed. Licensing varies from state to state but, in the state of Nevada we have the most strict licensing in the country. Liquor caterers must also be insured with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability license. One of the most important license that a liquor caterer should have is a Health Permit with a Commissary any liquor catering company that does not have this in the State of Nevada is not a fully licensed business.
