Impressed with B with a Twist!

We planned a destination wedding in Las Vegas and were very pleased with B with a Twist! They were very responsive to emails & gave great recommendations. Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious their dinner was and without a doubt the mac & cheese was everyone's favorite! So happy we had them cater our special day!

B with A Twist catered my daughters wedding this past Saturday and we are so glad we chose them. Anil and Brittany were so easy to work with as they were very accommodating and responsive to our needs and requests. Attendees raved about the food. One of our out of town guests said that while they were here they at at Nobu and The Palms and thought our wedding food was the best they had all weekend. Their staff was efficient, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend them for any function.

Anil and his staff were so great to work with-I planned everything remotely and I was not familiar with the property where we held the event. Anil made great suggestions for the menu, the cake, the decor, the bar, and all within budget. The night of the event his staff could not have been better-they even packed up leftover food for us to take back to our suite for the next day. It was a fabulous event!

The food was presented exceptionally well and their staff were great at making sure the passed appetizers were sampled by all. My first association with Anil was through a charity event we worked together. He was generous, kind, and very understanding and accommodating of an unusual need. Because of this, I knew he was the right vendor to handle a very special and meaningful event for my family. From the first phone consultation to the site visit, through the planning stage, and throughout the event, it was a most delightful experience. They were able to customize the details to my precise requests and brought additional suggestions and ideas to areas that enhanced the experience. I had to plan my mothers 90th birthday long distance from Washington State via email. My nephew's wife, who lives in Las Vegas, recommended B With A Twist Catering, and Anil Melnick. Anil was very responsive, had very good suggestions, costs were reasonable, and the service and food were outstanding. I only required setup of the food for the party but the staff were prompt, professional, and very easy to work with. I appreciate the excellent service that I received, the wonderful food that was provided, and I would highly recommend B With A Twist Catering.
