I had to find a catering bus. a week before my wedding. Chuck worked with us and was able to make our day even better with his amazing food preperation. Everything he cooks with and makes is all made from scratch. His mac N cheese is to die for, along with his ribs that just fall off the bone and hot links with a nice kick to them. His food was amazing and his prices are even better. He can either cook the food and drop it off or he can cook on the spot and serve your party. Dont let the name of the bus. scare you away, its def. the best soul/BBQ food i have ever had. I still have friends and family asking who the catering company was as they want to use them for the next even they have.
