Can I see fabric samples?
Yes! Fabric swatches are available on all of our linen rentals.
What does it cost to ship?
It depends on the amount of items you rent, but if you were to rent one of our packages for 150 guests - a ballpark shipping cost to either coast is $50.
How far in advance should I book?
We encourage you to secure your event with us as soon as you have your venue booked. Our linens, especially those in high demand, can book several months in advance.
Can we set up an appointment?
Yes, we offer complimentary consultations! Please contact us.
We want to do the set up ourselves. How does that process work?
Linen and centerpiece rentals can be picked up from our Atascocita/Humble location on the Friday before the event and returned no later than the following Monday. We also ship nationwide.
How do I order?
Contact us with the items you would like to reserve along with your event date. We will verify that the items are available for rent on that date. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Two weeks prior to your event, we will send the invoice stating the remaining balance.
What is the deposit amount?
The deposit amount is 50% of the event total. Wedding Wire referrals deposits are 25% of the event total. Please see our Rental Policies page on our website for all the details.
Can I purchase one chair cover as a sample?
