Alana is thorough, professional, organized, and has a genuine passion for weddings--everything you could want in a wedding coordinator! She also provides a great value for her coordination services because she meets with you (via conference call) once a month from when you hire her to leading all the way up to your wedding day. Most coordinators just jump in at the last couple of months. Having the monthly calls with her definitely helped me stay on track with my planning--Alana is great at alerting you of all the important little details that people like myself could easily let slip through the cracks! When the time came to create a game plan for the wedding day schedule, Alana went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was covered, so I felt extremely at ease with letting her take over on the big day. Finally, when the wedding day came and went, everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Alana to anyone in the DMV area!

When we first began our one-year wedding planning journey, we figured that we had enough time to plan the entire wedding on our own. However, planning a cultural wedding event for over 450+ guests was not an easy task. However, unlike many of the vendors that we spoke to, Alana was unfazed by this opportunity. Alana exhibited all of the key criteria's that we looked for in a wedding planner: (1) Seasoned and experienced professional; (2) Cost-effectiveness; and (3) Constant and open communication/interaction.

There were a lot of surprises that I planned for my wife along the way, throughout the entire one-year wedding planning journey, and Alana helped to put all of those pieces together to help put multiple smiles and joyful tears on my wife's face.
