Do you charge for trials?
No fee for consultation where ideas are exchanged and photo examples are discussed. If the actual entire finished style is desired, then the fee of $35 is charged but deducted from the day of the wedding fees.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
No, unfortunately we do not. Our services are best provided in our salon.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We have up to 5 available stylists for wedding parties, 3 of whom are also makeup artists.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
2-3 months, although if we have a date open within a shorter timeframe, we are happy to accomodate.
What is your cancellation policy?
A credit card retainer is preferred. One week cancellation is required to ensure no charges.
