Day of Wedding Coordination

Our “Month-Of through Day-Of” Coordination Package lets you leave the event planning to us so you may enjoy the final weeks of your engagement. We will work with you to finalize details before the event and will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly the day of your wedding.

Partial & A La Carte Planning

Ideal for the client who has already started planning, partial wedding planning allows you to select which services you require assistance on. This package is helpful when you have contracted some vendors but need advice on whom else to select. Another benefit of this package is that we can assist you when you keep wondering, “What am I forgetting?”

Full Wedding Planning

With full wedding planning we will assist you from your first vendor selection to your grand exit leaving your reception. As the most comprehensive package our event planning services will save you time and stress. We will generate ideas based off of your expressed interests and leave the final decisions up to you.

Before Your Wedding Day

· In-depth event consultation before your wedding day

· Creation of a comprehensive timeline for entire wedding day

On Your Wedding Day

· Anticipate changes or issues that may arise and always be prepared with back up plans

· Assist with set up of decor items including favors, escort cards, menu cards, etc.

· Comprehensive Day-Of coordination

· Coordinate with the venue to ensure a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

· Ensure vendors have arrived on time, run interference if they will be arriving late

· Event planner on-site for 10 hours (additional time available per hour)

· Gather family and bridal party for formal photographs to maximize photographer time

· Guarantee gifts and envelopes are turned in to your trusted family or friend at the end of the evening
