I can't even begin to describe our wedding coordinator, Ramona Char, and how amazing she was during the months leading up to the wedding, the day before and the actual wedding day. Hiring a wedding coordinator to help me plan a wedding from thousands of miles away was the best wedding gift I could give myself. Ramona was truly excellent and went above and beyond her contracted services. She was quick to reply to emails, she was very organized and matched and exceeded my OC-ness in executing my vision perfectly. She did everything I asked for and more. Any doubts I had were erased the moment I met her and saw that she could be trusted 100% to make my wedding day as beautiful and perfect and possible. And it was. My wedding day was absolutely magical and I did not have to stress or worry about anything at all. I've been a maid of honor twice before and I was more stressed than the bride as they did not have a DOC so I told myself that on my wedding day, this will be high on my list. All of my guests had a wonderful time and had only good things to say about my wedding day. More importantly, as a bride, I enjoyed my wedding day and did not have to worry about the set-up, food, chairs, minor things that would usually drive me crazy. Ramona executed everything perfectly and made me feel like a princess on my wedding day. She also handled the planning and coordination with Ola where we had our wedding dinner, and that too, was perfect. I will forever be grateful to Ramona (and her assistant Claire) for being by my side on my wedding day and I highly recommend all Hawaiian brides to book her. Mahalo, Ramona!

Christina and Bea were amazing. Literally they were life savers. I cannot recommend this company enough!! I was trying to plan my wedding at a hotel in Maui using only the hotel wedding planner and about halfway into it realized it was just not going to happen. I contacted Christina and they stepped in, and it was bliss from then on. They made my wedding perfect and more than I ever dreamed it could be! Even when I had no idea what I wanted, she somehow knew based on little things I said and made it happen!!
She basically holds your hand through all decisions and through all the steps right up to when you leave for the honeymoon.
I am a huge control freak and as soon as she took the reins, everything was under control and worked out perfectly!

Christina and her crew were wonderful. I would have been a "bridezilla" for certain if it hadn't been for her. She understood my vision and helped me create it, worked long long long overtime hours to make our wedding perfect. I can't thank her enough.
