We specialize in Weddings, We believe that your event is very special, we are not the event we are a part of the success of YOUR event.
What is your usual attire?
Tuxedo attire, shirt and tie with a coat, Theme cloths whatever you want!
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
No, we have a huge music library. There are times when songs are requested and it may be something we do not have... we'll find it
How many other DJs do you work with?
We have 5 DJ's on Staff, we also have strong relationship with other professional, our goal is you get a quality service... even you don't book us!
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
receptions are typically 4 hours... we can negotiate if it will work better for your event
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
We feel it is very important that the Bride and Groom feel comfortable with the Entertainer that is assigned to their event, before they book.
Do you bring your own equipment?
yes, and we have the best available for upgrade
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
upon request yes
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
Set up really only takes about 30 minutes... we do what ever we need to do to make sure we are set up and ready to play music 30 minutes prior to start time.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
All we need is a 6 or 8 foot table, preferably near the dance floor and near an electric outlet.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
That is one of our specialties
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We do not require a meal... if the client chooses to feed the talent that is always appreciated.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
Yes
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Always!
What is your overtime rate?
Our overtime rate is 150.00 per hour paid prior to the time performed
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
We are based out of St. Augustine and Jacksonville, typically there s no travel fee when we do an event. When we meet, and if the event has some significant travel involved we will discuss that
