The were great o work with, They didnt mind my may calls tot hem with my many questions. Thy recommend just what I needed and set and took down with out any problem, they were on time for both.

The only issue that we were not thrilled with was the confusion of the contract. We assumed that the sides that close the tent were included in the price. Otherwise, the men that delivered and set up the tent arrived at the scheduled time and worked hard.

I got my chairs and bar table from Dan Rents, and they were great to work with. My only complaint is the delivery guys were 3 hours late, I guess after having a few extra deliveries added to their route. Luckily we had everything delivered the day before. Adelle was very helpful! Thanks!

Large 40 x 80 tent for my sons wedding. Good value was the least expensive I could find. Very nice dimmable chandeliers. Easy to work with on locating the tent to a perfect location on our property.

Adele was very helpful and friendly, the tent and tables were exactly what we needed. The gentlemen who set up the items were a little unprofessional. In the end, we got what we paid for and the event was a success so I would recommend this vendor.

It starts with the "lady" who was working with the order. Rude and unprofessional is an understatement. She arrived days before the tent was to go up and was unprepared, unprofessional and condescending. Even made a sarcastic comment about how the owner "had to mow the lawn before putting the tent up" as though she was inconvenienced...I was the owner and dad of the bride!

The tent was installed and ALL of the post were leaning in all different directions. 30x40 tent... The crew sent arrived in the late afternoon and was already exhausted. Two older guys and basically no attention to detail. It was a stressful moment knowing that this could be trouble.

The electrical connection was on and off as they tested it. Get this, I was told that if this happens during the event (60 person wedding reception) to "get a ladder and wiggle the connection". Seriously... The father of the bride is told to fix it during the reception... Well, the connection went bad during the reception and I made a quick fix. The plug was missing the GROUNDING prong and I was told they took/broke it off for customers with only two prong extension chords. A serious hazard and just bush league.

And then there was the dance floor. They knew this was going on grass. The floor, all beat up, was installed and you could barely stand on it let alone get more than one person to dance on it. When I immediately contacted them (installed two days before the wedding and contacted the next day to fix) They told me the would REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE FLOOR. Are you kidding me? 8 months planning this event on this property, landscaping, paver walkways, decks built, fountains etc. and this is your solution the day before the wedding?

I offered solutions AFTER I told them that I would have my own fix but was going to have to charge them and then ask for punitive damages. They panicked and came back with the solution I gave.

Just a complete lack of professionalism. It starts with the owner who seemed to be concerned with only the bottom line.

I would never ask this company for a service again...
