Would you like to try and find other vendors in your area?
Without question Mike Emery and New York Players Group are my go-to music vendors. I recommend them first everytime because I truly believe a couples music vendor must be able to provide the all important trinity of P's- professionalism, price, & performance;
1. Professionalism- do they respond to your calls & emails, are they going to arrive on-time, meet the parameters of your contract and work with your other vendors (venue, photographer,videographer) to ensure your event is perfect.
2. Price- this is not so much about what the band or dj charges as the value for what they charge. What are you getting for what you are spending? When you evaluate the cost of the music vendor are you confident that the price you are going to pay coincides with what you expect for years of experience, overwhelmingly positive endorsements from past clients and professional colleagues, state of the art equipment sound, lighting and performance equipment, etc?
3. Performance- at the end of the day the band has got to get people on the floor. I can say from personal experience that there has not been one event I have worked with New York Players where a guest hasn't approached me to ask how to contact the band for their own event. Great sound, great vocals, great playlists, great look, great band.
