Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

All photographs are hand edited by the photographer. I don't believe you should give someone a work of art and not finish it.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

From beaches to no light at all, I've got it covered. I offer a sophisticated knowledge of lighting to ensure that no matter the location all photos are perfectly lit.

Is your media preference film or digital?

Digital

How many photographers do you work with?

I most commonly shoot with two very highly trained photographers.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes, I am the owner and lead photographer and attend all events.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

More than one a day? No. More than one a weekend? Yes, but I work hard to ensure that all of our clients get the personalized attention they deserve.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Always. I have a Rolodex of skilled photographers who can take my place if an emergency were to arise.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Two photographers, my baby(camera), and a slew of flashes and reflectors

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Absolutely. In photography, there always needs to be a plan B, just in case.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Full day for weddings, but I do offer hourly sessions for portrait photography.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

My standard wedding package allows for eight hours of shooting which is typically plenty of time to capture all the days events, but I prefer to think of my self as an easy going guy so I stay until the job is done. I will stay as long as necessary to ensure that my clients are happy.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

I go until the job gets done and will work with the wedding day schedule.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel expenses up to 90 miles away from Harrisburg, PA are included in my cost, but for weddings 90-120 miles away, there will be an extra $100 dollars to cover extra pay for second shooter and gas. Travel costs for weddings further than 120 miles and destination weddings will be negotiated personally.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

About 2-3 weeks

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Online

How long can the client keep the proofs?

They stay online for a minimum of one year.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

I do, but I do offer DVD's with digital rights as an add-on option.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Yes

Will images be available for viewing online?

What kind of albums do you offer?

There’s no better way to remember your special day and showoff your stunning photos than with our personally-designed, leather-bound wedding albums. We allow you to be a part of the design process from choosing your favorite images to adding unique touches. All of our albums are leather bound, printed on archival quality paper, and are 40 full-color pages with lay flat flush mounting.

When will the client get the final album?

We work with our clients until they are happy with it and completely satisfied, at which time we order the finalized album.
