What kind of equipment do you use?
We own all of our equipment and utilize the latest in digital software. Our lighting is computer controlled. Some of our equipment includes:17inch Macbook Pro; Seagate external hard drives; JBL and B52 Speakers, M-audio; Furman; Monster cable; Numark. Do you carry back up equipment? We always carry back up equipment including CD copies of our digital music collection. What about DJ attire ? We will always be dressed professionally, whether that be in a suit, shirt and tie or dressed in a theme to match your event. Do you charge time for set up or tear down? We never charge for set up or tear down of our equipment, We will always arrive early enough at your event to be set up before your first guests arrive. Do you meet personally with your clients? We prefer to meet with all of our clients, especially brides and grooms and openly accept any input they may have regarding their special day. It is our belief that working together we can make your day even more unforgettable. How about help with setting the schedule for the reception ? We offer complimentary assistance with setting the schedule for your reception, and always share that schedule with the event location staff, photographer and caterer, but experience tells us that every wedding day is different and since there are so many variables associated with the day we understand that we have to remain fluid so we can adjust to the ever changing day. For your convenience we do have access to a certified wedding planner should the need arise. Do you take breaks ? We do not take breaks during your event, unless it is specifically requested that we do so. Will you provide a list of references ? Of course, we will be more than happy to provide a list of past clients upon request. Do you offer edited music ? We do offer edited music (if requested) to all of our clients for no additional charge. What about special song requests ? Of course, all we request is that we get any special song request to us about 2 weeks prior to your event, we utilize several music download sites (i tunes, amazon etc...) to build our music library and so most every song requested can be found somewhere out there but on the small chance that the song is not available(maybe a friend recorded a special song for you) we can always get a copy from you and make sure it is ready for your event. No matter which vendors you choose to go with, make sure that you feel comfortable with them, remember you are going to be working with them very closely, telling them things you want held in confidence. As a DJ many times I am approached by the Bride and Groom or both individually because they have a surprise they want played out during the reception. Planning your wedding day should be fun but can also be stressful, we are here to take some of that stress away and help put more fun into the planning. Thanks for your time. Larry |
