Additional Answers & Advice:

Mike has been a full-time photojournalist for over half of his professional life. Getting a start at the advent of the digital movement, Mike picked up his first digital camera on a family vacation to Hawaii and never looked back. Continuing to serve as a stringer for Getty Images, Mike has shot assignments for corporate clients such as Microsoft and AOL, as well as editorial clients such as the Boston Globe and the Washington Post. Mike also worked as an editor of a major nationwide publication while living in Newport Coast, CA for a little over a year and a half.

Returning to the place he has nearly always called home, Mike still shoots a variety of editorial and commercial assignments upon request, but remains dedicated to mastering the art of wedding photography. Bringing his photojournalistic eye for capturing the moment and complimenting it with a love for artistic lighting and composition, Mike is redefining the art of wedding photography one happy couple at a time.
