Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We can have your images converted to BW, sepia, add textures and have them printed on canvas.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We photograph over 40 weddings a year, so we have seen it all! We can walk into any situation and come out with stunning photographs.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We shoot entirely in digital.
How many photographers do you work with?
Most brides like our package that includes 2 photographers, although depending on the size of your event, we may bring between 1 to 3 photographers.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, you will meet with us before your event, and we will be there! We do not substitute, except in dire situations.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We do not book more than one wedding a day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We work with a network of other quality photographers that we know and respect. If we are for some reason unable to attend, we do have back ups.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We have several cameras, flashes and memory cards. If something happens with one camera, there is no problem, we just reach in our bag, and pull out another!
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Do you charge hourly or full day?
We have package pricing for our wedding day coverage, and can come up with a customized plan for you.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Usually $300.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Usually just one, to have a bite to eat. Most of the time people don't like pictures of themselves eating anyway!
Do you charge for travel?
It depends on the location, but most of the time no.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
We typically have your proofs up online within 4 weeks.

How long can the client keep the proofs?
You receive all your digital files on a disc, and those are yours to keep!
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
The photographer always retains the copyright, but you have permission to print and share your digital files as you would like.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
We do reserve the right to use our photographs in marketing materials, online and in print.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes. you can print your photos as big as you want, as many times as you want!

What kind of albums do you offer?
We have a variety of high-quality albums to suit most every taste, including the latest in storybook albums.
When will the client get the final album?
Usually the albums are you within 6 weeks of your approval of the final design.
