I truly do not have enough compliments for Matthew. It's rare to work with someone who is so talented and on-the-ball while being so unassuming and approachable. I wouldn't say that I love being photographed, but Matthew is really talented at setting people at ease. He really captured the feel of our wedding day without imposing or forcing anything, so when I look at the pictures I remember the wedding, not the photographer. I would 12/10 hire him again, and would recommend really trusting his suggestions.

Matthew did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier to have had him be the one to photograph our wedding and engagement! He is professional, calm, and warm. As a couple who isn’t a fan of being in the spotlight he immediately put us at ease, was unobtrusive, and incredibly kind. We are so happy with his photography style, the quality and quantity of photographs we received, and the timeliness in which we received them all back was honestly incredible! Matthew is such an exceptional photographer and wonderful person. We were blown away by his photography – every single one of his photos was so beautiful and he captured so many wonderful candid moments from our wedding day. Stephen even shot film, which gave us such unique, timeless images that we love. Leading up to the ceremony, the weather was rainy, but Matthew immediately adapted, finding natural, comfortable spots around our venue that worked beautifully for photos.

The creativity in their work was amazing — they found cool moments, angles, and perspectives that we never would have thought of, and the result is a gallery full of energy and authenticity. On top of that, Matthew turned around a preview set of photos the very next day so we could enjoy highlights before heading off on our honeymoon. That thoughtfulness meant so much to us.

Most importantly, Matthew helped us feel comfortable during every step — from the quiet, intimate pre-ceremony moments to the biggest celebrations of the night. We wouldn’t have done it any differently, and we are so grateful for the memories he and Stephen captured.

My husband, Stephen and I hired Matthew to photograph our wedding this past November at the Grafton Inn. Matthew was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. He was able to make us comfortable through all the pictures and we had a great time working with him. We had so much fun taking our pictures. He listened to all our ideas and perfectly captured our wedding day and we are so pleased with the outcome. We could not have found a better photographer. We recommend him for any wedding. 10/10! Matthew was very professional and amazingly talented - we were so impressed with how great and vibrant out wedding and engagement photos turned out! We had an outdoor wedding and even with the rain and changing lighting everything turned out looking great in the photos! Matthew was very easy to work with - catching lots of candid moments throughout the day, as well as getting our posed shots taken in a timely manner. His payment system online was also very easy to navigate and spread cost over several payments which was helpful. He also got us the photos back much quicker than we were expecting which was great! We were able to share the photos with guests right away and everyone was very happy with the photos! I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for high-quality photos.

Matthew has an incredible eye and calm energy. Matthew made us feel relaxed throughout our engagement photos and our wedding. Every time we talked to him we could breathe a sigh of relief due to his organization and reassurance. During the wedding day he magically seemed to be in multiple places at once and was able to capture many special moments in a natural and authentic way. The perfect photographer. Prior to hiring Matthew my husband and I expressed wanting a warm, loving, and home-y vibe to all of our photos because we knew that's the atmosphere we were curating for our day. Matthew delivered to the fullest. He was so helpful the entire day and every moment leading up to it. He got so many incredible photos and my husband and I cannot stop looking at them. We cannot wait to decorate our home with them. Our family and friends cannot stop saying how beautiful the photos are and how jealous they are that they didn't hire him for their weddings!
