About
Majestic Oaks Golf Club has three banquet rooms which have built in dance floors, full service bars and access to an outdoor deck and/or patio.  The Majestic room can set up to 300 guests, the Fireside and Cedar rooms up to 200 guests and we can combine the Majestic and Fireside room creating the Grand banquet room for up to 500 guests. 

We also have two outdoor ceremony sites (Gazebo & Pergola) which are nestled behind the clubhouse next to a pond with use of cushioned seating for up to 300 guests and a C/D compatible sound system with extra speakers and microphones.  The clubhouse lockers rooms and a rehearsal time can be set aside for your use.

All of our tables, linens, flatware, glassware, dancefloor and bar are all included in the room fee.

No, our brides can choose any vendors they would like but for convenience we do have a preferred vendors list with local companies that we know and trust.
 
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
The Bride & Groom can choose their own Musicians and we do not charge an additional fee for them to bring in their own Musician.
 
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No.
 
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
We do not allow Glitter or Confetti and any candles must be in a holder.
 
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
Yes, we can hold up to three wedding receptions in one evening.
