We got married at Majestic Oaks on June 7 and they did not disappoint!! The venue is beautiful and the staff was amazing to work with. From the little details in the get ready room to their flexibility and absolutely fantastic job of moving our ceremony inside at the last minute when it decided to monsoon for only that hour of the day. The communication from the beginning was great and they were always more than willing to hear my questions and help me along every step of the way and they were budget friendly to top it all off!! Highly recommend considering Majestic Oaks to host your big day, you won’t be disappointed!!Majestic Oaks Golf Club's reply:

This is an amazing venue for an outdoor wedding. It's a golf course, but the place we were at was under gorgeous old willow trees and right in front of a beautiful pond, with a fountain. It was so gorgeous. We were able to get the best photos outside of the party and the wedding itself. It was GORGEOUS. They took such good care of us the entire time, the rooms you get ready in are so cozy and cute, and the space for the reception is AMAZING. Huge, beautiful wood, great lighting. A big dance floor. Kristi Sent on 04/03/2025Majestic Oaks hosted our daughter's winter wedding this past January 2025. To say it was the "perfect day" is an understatement!
If a winter wedding in Minnesota is what you are looking for, then look no further. Majestic Oaks is the venue for you! With the cost of hosting a wedding, there are many options to consider - time of year, day of week, number of guests, etc. Majestic Oaks met all of these and more. Based on availability, we were able to have a full rehearsal on Friday evening including dinner. On the wedding day, we were comfortable in our getting ready rooms for both the bride and groom, endless photo opportunities, a beautiful ceremony in the Majestic Room, social hour in the Fireside Room while the Majestic Room was being flipped over to the reception and dance. It was spectacular! The weekend turned out the way it did thanks to Nikki Bos, Private Events Manager. From the initial meeting to the days following the wedding, she was the ultimate planner, coordinator and facilitator. We did opt to add her as day-of-coordinator (extra fee but completely worth it!). She handled the vendors, line-up for the wedding party, photos, cake/dessert set up, and so so much more! It was the day my daughter dreamed of and we couldn't be more happy!Majestic Oaks Golf Club's reply:

Amazing Wedding experience!
We had our wedding here October 19th and it was the most perfect venue!! The venue itself was so beautiful this time of year with all the fall colors that matched perfectly with our wedding theme! Food was phenomenal and staff were so helpful and friendly throughout the day, and our event coordinator Nikki was such a blessing for us and helped the day go by with ease! Perfect Choice!!
My husband and I had our wedding here in April and it was just beautiful! Pam, Nikki and Zach were all so awesome! We were pleasantly surprised with the customizable packages this venue offers! Everyone was so friendly and helped us literally every step of the way! Even though it ended up being too cold to have our ceremony outside, they made sure everything worked seamlessly for an inside ceremony! The food was excellent and we’re so happy we chose Majestic Oaks for our special day!!Majestic Oaks Golf Club's reply:

Wedding & Reception
My wife and I got married here in late April 2023. This venue was exactly what we were looking for and more. Our ceremony and reception were in the Fireside Room. Our dinner was in the Majestic Room. We are very impressed with Nikki and her skills to be on top of everything. My husband and I chose to have our wedding at Majestic Oaks and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision! Nikki was a godsend- making sure our wedding day went smooth and helped with all the planning ahead of time. Incredibly affordable and very beautiful. Even after a few mishaps on the day of, the staff were incredibly kind, generous, and accommodating. The bartenders, catering staff, and event coordinators helped make our wedding day perfect. They even surprised us with some amazing wedding decor! If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend! We just had our wedding at Majestic Oaks over Labor Day weekend and everything went perfectly. We also had our rehearsal dinner there. Aurora was so organized and made sure everything was logistically ready to go, and Zach carried everything out the day-of. We had our ceremony at the pergola with over 200 guests, a cocktail tent with live music, a plated meal, reception with karaoke, and more live music in the evening, and everything went according to plan. Also, best wedding food ever, possibly best beef short rib ever. So many good backdrops for photos as well, and you can't beat the price, either. They were a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend Majestic Oaks to anyone hoping to plan an extravagant yet affordable wedding!Majestic Oaks Golf Club's reply:

We got the value of our money. The food was awesome , the staff was very friendly and professional ; we are looking at using this facility every year.

Toni Sent on 10/10/2009We worked with Jacki at Majestic Oaks. She was amazing. She listened to everything we asked for & provided it. The food was great. We chose the chicken saltimbocca. The only thing we were a tad disapointed in, was the pastry chef could not do fondant for our cake. But, it still looked and tasted outstanding. We had a different cake on each of our guest tables which was a hit. Different flavors, different designs, family style, a great conversation starter.
I am so glad we chose Majestic Oaks and I will recommend them in the future. -

The venue was a great choice, as many of the amenities come included, which was great! We got married at the Pergola site, and had our reception in the Majestic Room, and we thoroughly enjoyed both venues! The staff was very professional, and our day went off without a hitch! We would highly recommend Majestic Oaks for your wedding location! -

Anteginni Sent on 08/18/2009Majestic Oaks is a wonderful venue to hold a wedding reception. The staff is very accommodating, professional, and polite, the food is fabulous, and the Majestic Room is beautiful! My only complaints were that the room got extremely hot for the guys in their tuxes and the lights in the room remained very bright until I requested to have them dimmed. I guess one other thing was that the Majestic Room has beautiful vaulted windows on the far wall of the room, but you would never know it because they kept the shades drawn even when I asked for them to be lifted. Over all though, my husband and I were very pleased and received many compliments from our guests on the room and the food :) -

Our experience with Majestic Oaks was a bit of a rollercoaster, but it all worked out in the end. We had 3 wedding coordinators in the 11 months from when we signed our contract to our wedding. The 2nd coordinator that was employed for most of the summer leading up to our September wedding was very unorganized and unresponsive. I am very organized and just needed her to document the plan and provide basic information (e.g., bar package pricing) and she did not follow through. If she would have been our coordinator for our wedding, I'm confident I would be giving a 1 star review. Luckily, we got our 3rd coordinator ~ 10 days prior to our wedding and she (Kailey) was wonderful! She was put in an incredibly difficult situation and pulled everything together quickly for us. I have no doubt she saved us from some pretty big frustrations the day of our wedding if we would have continued with the previous coordinator. In the end, our wedding ceremony and reception (in the event tent) were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Our guests loved the food, and it was a great day. But caliber of coordinator is everything at this venue. -

Nicole Sent on 09/12/2010They did a good job. They had just had some lay offs and were getting in new employees which made the beginning part of our experience quite hard. Once we worked more with Teresa it became much better! The reception site and the Majestic room were beautiful! And all the changes we needed to make the day of the wedding they were more than understanding! Overall a wonderful experience!
