What do your packages include?

Do you have liability insurance?
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We enhance and retouch all of our photographs before they are printed for albums, prints, and canvases.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We are comfortable in any lighting situation and have over 8 years of experiences and hundreds of weddings to our credit. We use high-end Canon cameras, if used properly they are incredible in low light situations such as a church that does not allow flash.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
We guarantee that we will be at your event. However should a catastrophic event occur, we would reach out to our professional network of photographers to ensure a photography would be at your event.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We shoot 1 to 2 weddings per weekend. Usually 1.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
4 camera bodies, 6 flashes, multiple lenses, and just about every other piece of camera/lighting equipment made. We have backups to the backups.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Extra Coverage is $200 per hr
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We are with our clients approximately 10+ hours on the wedding day and this does not include drive time, so we do appreciate a few minutes to take a short break and eat a meal during the wedding.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes if beyond our threshold.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
2-4 weeks depending on our shoot and production schedule
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
initial proofs are offered in our online system; however, hard copy proofs can be purchased
How long can the client keep the proofs?
We do not offer printed proofs; however, they can be purchased if desired.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We retain the copyright to all photographs, however, we do give our clients copyright for their own personal use.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, we use many of our wedding images in promotional material, online and in print.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
