I don't book more than one wedding in one day. It is rare if I book more than 2 weddings on a weekend.

2 cameras, a wide variety of lenses, and a basic off-camera lighting set-up

Yes. The rate depends on the package you choose.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
1 or 2 at the most, depending on how long the day is. I will take breaks at appropriate times during the day, so shots aren't being missed.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, for locations over 50 miles from Eagan.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
I guarantee proofs within 3-4 weeks, however typically it is sooner
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
The proofs are uploaded to an online gallery. Once you review the pictures for any changes you have, I will send the disc of pictures.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
As long as they want. :)
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
No
