You read that right. Your customers can order just one of any Kate Aspen products and we will ship it right out. (If you haven't been able to offer "samples" before, get ready for an increase in business when satisfied sample customers return to your web site to place a large order for a big wedding! The fact is that many brides want to see what they're getting before they order 150. That's why we offer "No Minimum Orders" on all our products.)

Most non-personalized orders are shipped out in 1-3 days. Please be advised that Canadian Bulk (World Ease) orders may take up to 3-5 business days to ship.

You can return almost anything within 30 days - any reason!
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchases. But we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. So, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following easy return policy:

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Personalized items (unless there is error on our part)
* Edible items
* Personal care items

Please contact our Customer Care department within 30 days of receipt of shipment to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This RAN will expire in 30 days of issuance.
