I was very impressed with this cute little shop that I found on Etsy. Their policies clearly stated that their gifts are custom made to order and to please allow 2 weeks for their turn around time. I ordered an engraved watch on a Sunday and it arrived to me by Thursday! Wow for speediness! I wrote the company a well deserved good review and I was instantly thanked with a coupon code for future purchases.

Customized lazar-engraved cake toppers. We were able to get a cake topper with our last name created from this vendor on Etsy. When it didn't arrive, the vendor provided a tracking number and when the tracking revealed that the package had been delivered at my mailbox, and I was totally distraught, the vendor responded same-day and offered to replace the item, even though the loss was no fault of his own, with free labor and materials so that I'd only have to pay shipping.

Item was never recieved. I had to get a refund from PayPal and Groupon as the owner was terrible rude about their false advertising.
